NEVER EVER EVER buy a monthly car wash club membership from these crooks. They will double charge you and continue to charge you after you have cancelled. The quality of the washes suck and the owners are terrible.

Not a very accommodating car wash (6050 Wade Hampton Blvd Greer, SC 29687)- no towels or cloths to wipe down car - nothing for cleaning windows - vacuums not working properly. Roof top not cleaned very well at all. RF sticker has a smudge on the backside so I not sure if the RF is correct.

Do not get your car washed here. My car was covered in soap when I came out. The vacuums were not working and there were no towels available. There was trash overflowing all of the bins and all of the used towels were all over the sidewalk.

The actual car wash an value is very nice, and the free car wash from the app is worth it. Although, the attendants in my experience are very rude. I'd avoid this location unless you want a stink eye and 2 minute $20 car wash. Edit: upon getting to the vacuums, they're all clogged and I could've hosed my car off for cheaper. It's still filthy on the top snd sides where the attendant skipped the entire passenger side of my car.

I cancelled my membership in June '20. I realize a few months later that it was never cancelled. Went back to cancel again, they told me it was cancelled again. Charged me the following month. They are scamming. Wouldn't give a star if I could.

Payed $8.00 for the wash. The guy was guiding me in. Didn't look like he didn't want to be there. He barely spray the car. The vacuum are terrible. The hoses on the vacuum are to short. They have sign says you get one towel lol no spray bottles trash all over the park lot. Really come on people. Poor business

I don't write many reviews - but- I am compelled to comment on this experience. My truck was pretty dirty - some mud in the wheel wells and on the tires after the heavy rains that we had. I went through the wash and it did not totally come clean. I suspected that I didn't get the undercarriage spray. The manager Kenny very pleasantly and politely checked his equipment -which was working properly. The operator Edward sprayed my wheel wells really well and they allowed me to go through the wash again. Both Kenny and Edward were very professional and courteous.Thank you, Guys... I sincerely appreciate the great service. I will be back.

I had my car washed a week ago today and the young man only rinsed the left (driver) side of my car and not the right. Aren't both sides supposed to be rinsed before entry? As I excited the car wash the seal from the roof of my Nissan came off from the harsh overhead washing. I immediately told someone and filed a damage report. I also made it known that the seal was in the car wash because I saw it as it was being blown by the powerful blowers. He said he couldn't find it. That's because he didn't look! My report was filed at the same time as another woman was filing a report for her windshield wipers.I was told I'd get a call back from the manager in 72hrs. I've called at least 3xs now to be given the run around as to why the manager hasn't called back yet. So I'm just going to bite the bullet and take my car to Nissan to replace it because this car wash isn't going to fix it. Going forward I will hand wash it or take it to a professional car wash where adults are working who will see to it that customers are taken care of professionally. There's no shade against the young men working but they need to be trained correctly!I say all that to say I will NOT be using this car wash again and I don't recommend you to either. Unless you're ok with a half wash and no communication when damage is done!

Went there at 4:15 on 8/31/2020. The exterior automated wash wasn't bad. Got most of the dirt. The problem was ALL of the sheltered vacuum bays were blocked off by the business so that no one could use them. That meant me and 5 other cars had to share the 4 remaining uncovered vacuum slots. One of the vacuums was clogged so it was useless, which left 3 vacuums for 5 cars. (You do the math). It was also 94 degrees and vacuuming the interior in the direct sunlight was miserable. The direct sunlight on the dash also made it too hot to touch.THE WORST PART. Took my mats over to the self-service automatic mat cleaner and the water in it had not been changed since Iggy Azalea was popular. The mats came out wet and smelled like rancid, stagnant water; which made my 102 degree car smell like rancid, stagnant water. I have used this car wash several times. Used to be very nice but the maintenance and upkeep has decreased drastically. The next time that I want to get all sweaty and have my car smell like puke, I will save my $20 and do it at home.

Worst zips location ever. Time for management to step up and put a real manager in place! I find myself waiting for the attendee to start my car wash (I have the unlimited service). The workers are usually in the office, at their cars or hanging out near the vacuums. It’s a shame, my work and home is less than 3 miles from this location, I will be going to the other zips up the road now!
