My husband has bought wood from Wurth in the past and was hopeful that they could help us in selecting some cabinet hardware that we had questions about. Not the case. Very unhelpful, acted as if it was a bother to them that we even stopped in. Won’t order in anything less than large bulk quantities so they told us of another business that may be able to order, which was also a complete waste of time. There was a time when you could walk into a business and talk to informative people and get helpful assistance/opinions about a project, but apparently those days are long gone. We had pictures, detailed measurements of the framing and the cabinet doors, everything that would be needed to make a decision about hardware. Very little help, assistance, opinion, or anything. Complete waste of time! Where are people supposed to go for help and opinions these days? Certainly not Lowes or Home Depot, with the help that they are hiring recently. And now apparently, you can’t ask ‘experts’ or ‘specialty professionals’ either. I will call the Blum’s direct factory on Monday and speak with one of their reps to get the help I need and then order direct from the company vs our local businesses getting the sale for anyone who thinks supporting your local business is the way to go vs e-commerce. I was pretty disappointed when I left this location, after having better experiences with them in the past.

Gave me the wrong size that wouldn't fit in my van. Told me there is nothing they could do and then called me after I got on i85 and told me the found something that would work. Waisted my time and gas. Not the first time I've had problems with them

I've purchased from them for at least 20 years... For the longest time they were known as Greenville-Spartanburg Hardwood.... I've known Buck since like 1994 or 95...Honestly I'm not sure why my account was closed but I was there today.... Now made three purchases in the last two months... Luckily :-) I was actually able to speak to Buck today and I sent him an email for whatever he desires for an applicationI know he has seen so many people... but I'm sure he will remember me...I'm just looking forward to doing whatever they need for the application process approvalGratefulB???

Extremely helpful and very good prices. Totally willing to work with someone who’s coming in to buy even just a small amount of wood for a personal project. Good choices and quality of lumber, and ready with the questions that need to be asked.
