I’ve lived 5 min from this store for 4 years and come in here almost every day. I’ve just recently purchased the membership and started having the groceries delivered due to my work and school schedule.
June 27th I placed an order using the app, delivery time between 9-11p. I’m okay with this time because I get off between this time so it’s perfect. Plus this isn’t my first delivery with this window…I get a call about 9p from a young man asking me if I’m coming to pick up my groceries because they’re still at the store. I say no, it’s a delivery. He says well they close at 10 and I won’t be able to get my groceries after that. Clearly he’s a little confused because the store closes at 11 and my window is between 9-11 so I’m not sure why he’s calling me in general. I tell him I want to speak with the manager because I pay for delivery and expect the groceries to be delivered. He carries the phone to the manager(not on mute or hold) tells her id like to speak with her and she says “I don’t have time for that, I have customers.” And never gets on the phone. I felt immediately disrespected because I’m also a customer and I’ve literally already paid for groceries that I’m being told I won’t be getting. I ask him her name, he says Shelia, I perfect. Tell her I’m on the way to talk in person. I work fairly close to the store so as I stated I come to the store and ask for Sheila because I want to know why she refused to get on the phone as a manager and decided to say she doesn’t have time for this. She gives me some mess about how I need to contact the driver and see when he’s coming and blah blah blah…we have some choice words bc I’m not going for what she’s saying. I don’t make the pick up times for 1, the app gives you options based on the store and 2 how would I contact the driver on a delivery order if it hasn’t been picked up. It’s only 9:30 at this point and the app says my order is being processed and the delivery time is still between 9-11..I ask Shelia what’s her managers number bc clearly she has bad customer service and doesn’t know what she’s talking about..and she tells me there’s a picture with his name and picture on the wall lol. There’s a pic with no name or number..another lady comes in and Shelia says I can just talk to her bc she’s the manager..after she just told me the guy on the wall was the store manager. At this point they’re both playing in my face.
Moral of the story, this store needs better “managers” who know how the process of delivery and pick ups work. There was no need for anyone to call me at all and this could have all been avoided.
My groceries were delivered at 9:50p.

This Walmart Neighborhood Market is very well run compared to others I’ve visited. The staff assisting the self-serve checkout is always attentive and helpful and keeps the checkout area clean. The store cleanliness is above average for this type of store. Although years ago I said would “never buy meat at Walmart” the selection of beef, pork, and chicken here has proven to be of high quality, including steaks and roasts, though I prefer the meat counters in other stores for higher grade cuts of meat and for fish. The produce section is ok, but hit and miss on many items, and I rarely buy fresh onions or fruit. It is good for the larger pre-made salads, spinach, etc that come in the clear plastic containers.
Overall, above average for this type of store, but still Walmart.

Went inside to use the Eco Atm. Pretty cool thing for Walmart to have! Store is 98% self check-out. Lines move steady & fast! Well stocked, neat & clean! Perfect for in-a-hurry visits or buggy-full visits! Can't go wrong at this Walmart!❤️

It’s ridiculous there are no cashiers I had to ask them to help me because I’m not about to bag $400 of groceries on my own having had a baby recently. I’m thankful a gentleman that works here could help. I highly recommend the Pasta Queen Sauces this was the only reason I can shopping here today only Walmart carries it for now.
And it was actually over $ 600 everything is so high there

I love this Walmart but it’s so annoying that they always want to lock the door and not let anyone in 20 min before 11pm. It’s ridiculous for the people have to run in for something quick.
