Horrible customer service. These lazy government agencies like the DMV and USPS all want you to get things done without them having to put an actual person on the phone. You disgust me with your lazy attitudes and poor work ethic. Of course this does not pertain to the desk employees but rather the lame shirt and tie wearing types at the higher offices who insist on not doing any person to person assisting. You're not even half the quality of a human being our grandparents were.

I am so incredibly disappointed with this post office and the USPS in general. I have called this office MULTIPLE times and no one has once answered. I went in person to try to solve the problem of my lost package, and they assured me that they would give me a call either way to tell me what the status was in my package. It had been a week, and still nothing. So so disappointing. I still have yet to have my issue (caused by them) resolved. :(

I've had problems for years and continue to have problems. They are supposed to leave a note in your mailbox to pick up large packages at the post office. Because my mailbox is almost a mile from my house and packages left there have been stolen over and over. They are too lazy to write a slip and still leave packages. I don't have problems with other carriers only USPS!!!!

I have been to this Post Office location multiple times and always had a great experience! Even with the holidays rush and business the staff were friendly professional and helpful!I guess maybe in busy time have someone assisting customers at the kiosk. Most people don’t know how to use it or even that you have it available.After hours you can drop off pre-labeled packages into a special secured box which is located inside the building.

I actually enjoy going to this post office. The staff greets me, thanks me, are engaging, know their products and are delightful, funny people. It doesn't seem like a chore to go to the post office with this great group of people. This opinion based on numerous trips throughout the year. They seem very happy no matter what time of day, week or year!!

Before the warnings came out about putting checks in the mail. We had mailed several checks toBirthday cards and of course bills. We’re older and still get stuff by mail. This missing checksIs really terrible. Even our garbage people had to be sent two checks.

I have been waiting for my check for months just for the mail carrier to place it in someone else’s mailbox an now I’m without my check. Teach your carriers to slow down an be more mindful of people’s importance documents. I’m highly disappointed

There is almost always a long line with long wait times; never enough people working the counter. Now, an unknown neighbor is parked near our mailbox, forcing the carrier to get out of their vehicle. I haven't gotten mail, but one day this week, and it included an envelope that was marked blocked with the date - that was 6 days prior. Just very disappointing service in general.

We’ve live at the same address since 1986. About 10-15 years ago we started getting other peoples mail and Greer has lost many packages of ours. Once we just went to the address where we were getting mail for and sue enough our package was there. They are in complete denial that there is a problem but we have received dozens of envelopes and packages left at our address that aren’t ours. Why they can get the mail sorted correctly and delivered to the correct address is beyond believable. Worst PO there is.

Really bad customer service. It is very sad, sometimes you just need a small piece of decency, but unfortunately there is none of that here, the staff is trained to as mean as they could possible be.

I went there to get a community mailbox lock replaced. I thought my experience was good. Waited 3 minutes in line, the front desks are friendly and they know the subject well. Same the second time I visited.

Another absolutely awful government office. I’ve tried to get them to stop delivering mail addressed to a deceased person (former owner of the house I bought in Greer) for well over a year now. Every time I go up there they act confused or seem to think it’s impossible to stop delivering the dead person’s mail to my house. Is this such a difficult concept? It’s 2023 for goodness sake. Totally useless.
