The customer service at this UPS store in Greer, South Carolina is outstanding. I have used them multiple times and have never been disappointed. Daniel helped me this time and he was amazing. He had suggestions. He helped me navigate the system and gave me every additional discount that was available. I was very impressed with his customer service and his overall demeanor. We need more young people who are committed to what they are doing.

Faith at store 3193 was such a pleasure. She made it super easy and explained everything as I was working on sending certified mail for the first time. I had so many questions and she was very gracious and patient with answering all of them.

Everyone knows exactly what they are doing. They can fix any shipping need or problem you have. On top of that, those men are the most courteous, thoughtful and kind guys you could ever hope for in a business. You have a wonderful staff! THEY ARE SOGOOD AT WHAT THEY DO !I'm in there
every other week. Sometimes more.

Went in to drop off a package for a UPS return and was charged $1.00 for forwarding them an email to print the return label and another quarter for printing it on a standard piece of paper. What a Nickel and Dime operation. To the owner, and email and a piece of paper fall under operational costs, not customer fees. Are you really that cheap!

Had an Ebay return that needed to be banded back together. I called and the gal told me yes they would do that. I went there had to have a guy get it out of my car, was told yes he would band the 2 boxes together. They obviously did NOT because the merchant just informed me he only got 1 of the boxes!!!! So...saga to be continued . Update will follow
