Most of the time I come to this UPS store I work with a guy named Caleb. Caleb is extraordinary! He's always friendly, always helpful, and always gets the job done. One time I messed up the order and Caleb just smiled, said it's ok, then fixed the issue... that's it. No drama, no "come back tomorrow", no extra charge for my screw up, just old school customer service. Caleb is great and should be recognized and commended for it. Please keep this man around!

I went into a UPS store Wednesday April 10th. I was greeted as I entered the store. Once I get inside the owner came over to see how he could help me. I asked him a few questions and went back to my car to get my merchandise that I needed to ship. He was very polite and courteous. He made my shipping process very quickly and easy. I was also greeted by other employees. I would like to say thanks for an awesome experience at the Old Spartanburg Rd. location in Greer.
