I tried coming in for a haircut this morning. Wasn't sure if they took walk ins or not and was just driving by so I thought I'd check. Walked in and there was a lady there doing nails and she didn't say anything for a minute to me. Then asks if I'm there for the boutique. I said no ma'am, I was going to see about a haircut. She says "oh no they're all gone. I guess they're at lunch. Sorry." She didn't offer to make me an appointment or anything. Why have a business with multiple businesses in the same place that don't help each other out? I won't be back.

Small salon, very nice...I received a hair cut, But not the one I described in full detail. I also had a picture of what I wanted... thinking it would help show the cut I wanted.... not.Very disappointed... My cut looks absolutely nothing like the picture , nor my description of what I wanted... now I have to let it grow out for another two months to get the length back & start over. What I got was just a typical standard short bob cut.... I wasn't looking for a 80's cut...sorry.I thought I was clear on what I wanted .... guess not.

I have been going to Georgeanne for my nails for 18 years and Kelly E for my hair for 16 years and they are the best around! The salon is one of the most beautiful salons in the update!! Very clean and modern. Everyone is so nice!
