I like to go here more than any other home depot location. Idk why I just really like this location the best. Maybe the employees are more knowledgeable than other locations, maybe the choices of lumber is better, idk I just like this one the best

I wanted to give a shout out about the great service I received from Marissa at the Greer store. I was there on a busy Sunday, and she went out of her way to help me at the customer service desk with a complicated situation. Kudos to her for the great customer service even when things were getting stressful and getting all my issues resolved in a timely manner.

Home Depot home delivery service in Greer S.C is terrible. First the charge is very expensive. I only chose the delivery service for this item so as to save me some time. Not only did they not show with my delivery on the requested day, they said no one was home to except delivery. We were home all day waiting on this delivery. When I called to inquire about there no show I was told they tried to call before coming out and no one answered. My call log on my phone showes no callers from any unknown numbers. The project we planned was for this weekend and now they can't delivers until mid week. will never use there delivery service again. So disappointed.

How disappointing you had no associates working in the power tool department. I was there around 8:30-9:00 am, a vendor pages assistance twice before someone came and that gentleman said that was not his department but he would help me. He did a great job.

On 9 February 2021 I bought A very expensive washer and dryer fir my son. He has his own house. It was delivered on 3 March. They DID MIT INSTALL!!! the installers said they could not complete as there was lime deposit on the faucet. so the installers called in a plumber who was angry they did not finish the job. He wiped it clean, then said he would call them back to finish their work. NO SHOWS. after a week I called Home Depo, spoke with an assistant manager. They will now be coming back to finish the job on 18 March. If they come or if they do not finish, Home Depo WILL be getting their washer/dryer back. Ridiculous conduct!!!

Susan in Kitchens is phenomenal! She worked with us on several kitchen layouts to adjust to what we were encountering on our remodel. She is extremely knowledgeable, quick and wonderful to work with! The cabinets came in just like she promised. I couldn't think of a better experience than working with her. Initially went to another company and was not impressed with the designer but so glad I went to Home Depot in Greer. Thank you Susan!!

Kathleen, Laurie and Amy really helped us out. We bought a washer/dryer pair that arrived damaged and the dryer had to have a complete motherboard replacement out of the box. When corporate HD shuffled it off as a manufacturer issue, these three people took care of us. Thank you!

Ordering blinds from them is a nightmare. All of them were damaged. I couldn't believe whoever cut them decided it was okay to be sent out for installation. Over two months now and I have yet to receive any replacement blinds. And I being charged for them. Not sure why I'm being charged for a product that I cannot even see!

A few weeks ago, I left a review of the 5 star service I experienced by the in-store staff at the Greer HD during the extensive renovations we are doing on a home nearby. All our questions about flooring, bathroom wall tile, and painting were answered by knowledgeable sales people. However, our bathroom reno has ended with disappointment. The HD crew which installed our new quartz countertop left their work unfinished, refusing to do any caulking. The backsplash corners are not even and will take some expert caulking to make it look acceptable and the rest of the back splash does not touch the wall. This should have been a simple fix for skilled installers, but after I called HD, the offer I was given from the installers was that they would return if I would buy the caulking and pay them $75. Our kitchen sales rep is kindly appealing this with her manager, but I did not hear from her today. I posted pictures on my fb page and my friends are replying with frustrations they have experienced with HD installers. What a shame that a store that has such wonderful employees should accept such poor work from their contractors. The buyers who purchase my house will not care how helpful the sale people are. they will only care about how the finished product looks.

First, I prefer Lowe's to Home Depot so I rarely stop at Home Depot. On those moments where I find myself at Home Depot, this isn't the one closest to home so going here is rare. I went here for some industrial black iron pipes to hang some shelves with. They didn't have the size I was looking for or the cap ends, or the flanges. Other than not having anything I needed in stock, it was a fine visit.

My husband's birthday is today. His parents purchased him a weed eater from Home Depot. They did not know we already own one, so we took it back (with the receipt), hoping to find a chainsaw there, and just pay the difference. Sadly, we did not find the chainsaw we were looking for, so we asked for a refund.

Horrible horrible customer service at this location. I will NEVER set foot in another Home Depot again. Next time you want to be rude to a customer. Make sure they aren't spending a good chunk of change on appliances.
