I have spent thousands of dollars in this place. Ive bought there premium cigars even though they put limit restrictions on them and also make you purchase other cigars just to be able to purchase premium ones. I was told today that since I came in yesterday and purchased premium cigars that I was also only available to get 2 a week. Im not jumping through hoops to spend my money with you. Looks like Ill be shopping elsewhere.

Not going back. I spend hundreds in this place I went in to grab a certain single cigar was told powers out but we can still use your credit or debit card I get to register owner is there and says nope cash only and I will charge you 25 dollars for a 9 dollar cigar. Nope keep your cigar and now I will give my business to another cigar store. No thank you tobacco plus

Greatest selection of cigars in South carolina! The humidor is literally half of the store. Variety is great, costs are fair, discount are numerous and you can consistently get empty cigar boxes with cool designs for cheap.

Went in to buy cigars, and they have a HUGE selection! But the atmosphere left a lot to be desired. For one thing, there are cameras everywhere. All around the cameras are printed sheets full of rules, arbitrary ones like if you buy a premium from the lock box, you HAVE to buy one from the general humidor. Lots of the better cigars are limited to one stick per customer, so if you want two of one thing, I'd call ahead to avoid wasting your time.
The whole time I was in the humidor, I felt eyes on me. They must have a serious problem with shoplifting, because I got the vibe the employees assumed I was a thief and they were unfriendly the entire time. The prices are high, definitely significant mark-ups on sticks that are more than affordable anywhere else. I asked the girl working there a question about Nicaraguan cigars, and she had no clue; it reminded me of Ron Swanson in Home Depot. "I know more than you, leave me alone." ?
I love cigars, I've smoked them at least 12 years. In that time, this has proven the worst experience I've ever had shopping for them. I spent $50, it wasn't like I was simply window shopping, yet I didn't feel valued or trusted as a customer. Seemed like they were in a hurry to get rid of me. Giving up that awesome selection is tough, but I'll shop online and save my money from now on. It wasn't worth it.
