Says 24/7, but then goes to tell me he won’t give me a quote, and that he’s expensive. And that he’s not gonna tow it, because I woke him up out of his sleep. Well I’m sorry, because it says 24/7 online, and that’s why I called.

I called requesting a tow from a local auto shop to my home and was told they would get someone in route and the driver would call me shortly. After waiting for a little over an hour without receiving a call I called back and was told that they would call the driver and let me know what the status was. I then waited another half hour without hearing anything so I called back again and was then informed that the driver had never been contacted and wasn't answering the phone and they may be able to do it in the morning. Very unprofessional to lead a customer to believe that someone was going to be picking it up for hours.

Absolutely the best. When I called for tow, they were very professional, fast and very very fair price. I had an unfortunate accident, and called the next day to see if I could come get personal items from the car. They were closed, however the owner offered to meet me and let me in to get what I needed. If I only had to have one guy tow a car for me, it would be these guys.

One of the most openly hostile dispatchers I've ever encountered. Unfortunately I wasn't able to try their services as the rude and unhelpful employee I spoke to seemed to have no interest in providing a tow truck

I had called around and for some reason all the Tow companies were very busy. I called Stevens Tow company, and for $ 30.00 more they came to where I was in less than 1 hour. The tow was only 5 miles to my home. They did a very professional job and after they took my Credit Card they wrote me a receipt and later that day texted over the other receipt.If I need another Tow I will definitely call them.

We highly recommend this company. My wife was in a minor accident and the insurance company was being less than cooperative. We called Tim Stevens, he answered the phone immediately, was there within 20 minutes and turned a bad situation into a great experience. Very professional, courteous, and understanding. Two thumbs up for this business. Call STEVENS TOWING. They are great.
