Not so easy rewards...
I've been a Staples rewards member for years but today my number didn't work, my email wouldn't validate, and the staff member was zero help to me with any of it. Also tried to do a self print project and 2 computers were down as was one copier. Not a great experience.

I was sent an email from Staples that promised a discount for spending a certain amount or more in the store. When I got to the checkout I showed the cashier my email with the coupon code. She attempted to put in the code, and it didn’t work. The cashier then told me the APP was necessary to receive the money off. The email that Staples sent me said nothing of an app being required. They got me in to their store on a false promise. It doesn’t feel good to be lied to! Bad business!

You can save a lot of money by shopping at Staples, and that's good for your wallet and your country.The staff at Staples are very friendly and helpful. They always greet you with a smile and a "Howdy, partner!" They know their products well and can answer any questions you have. They also have a lot of tips and tricks to make your work easier and more efficient. They are like the MacGyvers of office supplies.The store is very clean and organized. You can find everything you need in a jiffy. They have a lot of signs and labels to guide you to the right aisle. They also have a lot of displays and samples to show you the latest and greatest products. You can test them out before you buy them. It's like a playground for office lovers.The best part about Staples is that they support our troops and our veterans. They have a lot of patriotic decorations and flags around the store. They also have a special discount for military personnel and their families. They even have a donation box where you can contribute to the Wounded Warrior Project. They are a true American company that cares about our heroes.I love shopping at Staples in Greer, SC. It's always a fun and rewarding experience. I always leave with a bag full of goodies and a heart full of pride. Staples is more than just an office supply store. It's a staple of our community.

As always, I had a great shopping experience. Store associate Steve, was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, as I purchased items for our small business. Neat and clean store, even after the Black Friday/Cyber Monday rush. Store had great deals and had organized , well-stocked shelves. I appreciated being directed to Store Management for my question regarding a local organization. I will be contacting them soon with my question. Thank you!

Had an awful experience with an employee named "Gomez." We waited for 10 minutes for someone to talk to us, being overlooked multiple times (The lady working, Faith, was super kind. She clearly had a lot of stuff going on with the store so we understand). Gomez came behind the counter and was clearly annoyed that "Steve" wasn't there, yet for some reason, took his anger out on us. It seemed like we were the biggest inconveniences in the world when we just needed to put in an order for a poster for a school project. Gomez was super unprofessional and unkind, making the whole experience unpleasant. If he is in a position of leadership on staff at Staples, I do not think he should hold this responsibility if he can't even keep his emotions in check.
