I don’t even know where to begin.
I just moved to Woodruff a few months ago and needed a wax bad.
I wanted to try something local not a franchise and most of all made me feel not awkward.
I had waxes before but it was always crazy awkward, felt rushed, wasn’t made a number one priority…
But Ashley was nothing but AMAZING.
She made me feel absolutely comfortable she had me laughing the entire session and ended up getting some additional services done today because I just ABSOLUTELY LOVED the vibes I was getting.
Her set up is pristine and most of all CLEAN. She ensured the wax sticks were new with every dip she did, she gave me some great advice on how to maintain my Brazilian wax. For this being my first time she will definitely be my go to lady.
I have gained full sexy confidence back!

It was definitely the first thing I check out before laying to get my wax. It’s so hard finding decent wax places who maintain cleanliness.

Waste of $95 and time, polish peel off on the 3rd day. Call several times to speak with owner or technician about the peeling polish got no answer. Drove from Spartanburg to Woodruff walked in to get a fix had to wait for someone to acknowledge I was there then had to wait while the technician was called. Only when I got up to leave, I was told that someone would fix the peeling polish. Problems continue with polish peeling and other things, I finally got to speak to the owner and the technician at a later date but was told different things, so I decided to go to another salon. I hope that the money that I gave them be a blessing to their business and that this review will inspire them to be more professional and fix whatever goes wrong with the services that they are providing. I ‘v gotten my nails done many times never had a problem I just wanted to support a black business, but I got ripped off and a very poorly set of nails.

The spa was absolutely amazing! The owner, Samantha, is the sweetest person. She and everyone else there made me feel like family. The environment was so relaxing that I could've stay there all day!Samantha worked with me to choose the service that I liked the best and even stayed open an extra 45 minutes so I could get the full set of acrylic nails I wanted. And speaking of the acrylic nails, these are the best set I've ever seen. I will absolutely be going there again!Services: Acrylic nails

I have been a client of Samantha’s for the past 10 years. I have had manicures, pedicures and recently had a wonderful massage. Spa Lenore has a very relaxing atmosphere. It is truly a spa experience, not just a nail salon. Samantha is a great nail technician, you show her a picture of a design you want and she can do it. She will continue to have my business. I have had an ongoing terrible experience with Spa Lenore. It started with an unhonored Groupon after their failure to return calls and emails to schedule the couples massage. This has gone on since February and to this day I can't get a response back from them. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I am out $68 for a Groupon I never got to use. But from what else I have heard I guess I avoided a bad experience. Wouldn't go even if they honored it now.

I love my stylist Faith! It is an Aveda salon close to home. Definitely recommend!!
