I have to say this was a very painful process with these guys. It took almost two months to receive our order after being repeatedly that it would take a couple of weeks. Had to cal 6 times to try and find out why it was taking so long. Then after receiving the parts they weren’t correct. Mind you we ordered a mustang k member for a 34 ford when we got it whoever engineered it did a terrible job the rack wouldn’t work with the k member the shaft is to long on top of that the castle nuts and washers aren’t the right size so will have to source those. Long story short I would never do business with these guys it was a joke.

My builder bought a Mustang 2 suspension here for my truck. Decent product, terrible service. I contacted them on a question about the spindles...no response. I bought the rest of my parts from Jegs, Summit, and Speedway where customer service is excellent.

Awesome customer service. Had my 2yr old son with me. They Gave him a hot wheels! This speaks volumes for me. Highly recommend! Can't beat the pricing.

Will never buy from them again, 1st time and last time for me. Too long of an explanation but the old adage "you get what you pay for" does not only apply to product, but to customer service as well....and THAT is the reason I refuse to do business with them, their customer service....once car show season starts back up I will commit to telling my story in depth to dissuade as many people as possible from purchasing from them. I attend and show in a lot of cars....some local....some regional...some national. I have no problem standing beside their tent boycotting them.

I've used this company several times in the past. Their products are great but they are severely lacking in their phone skills. Not friendly at all. They come across on the phone like you are bothering them. I've been in business for 25 years. If I treated my customers that way I likely would have been out of business a long time ago. Customer service is key!

I am the owner of a HotRod shop and builder for 49 yrs. Bought their AC system for a 73 Chevy Pickup while at ********* Columbus 2019..We always have used VA and OldCar Air in past.. they were cheaper by 30%..Installed 10/2/19 while in NY . This was to be my Florida "leave it there" truck. Instructions were written by a child..Very faded.. Also bought their Front Runner Serpentine system at same time.. 6-8 calls to find out they sent wring relays and instructions.. Belt was to big. They said that I probably put PS on wrong..B.S Kevin (shop return person) then said :maybe you should get a pro to install it".. We had to go to ******* *** and download their instructions. Charged and put on trailer a month later to Florida. Empty on arrival..Now I had to go to a AC shop in Fl for repair..Charged, leak tested, dye etc. Evaporator had pinhole from factory. sent back they replaced. (12 days) Charged and leaked from highside ******** valve T fitting (bad factory weld) They wanted me to pay because we had it re-welded (didnt work). sent another . Charged #4 Everythig according to their instructions..4 days later the Compressor showed a leak from front seal. Called KEVIN...said we must have overcharged... B.S. again!.. Said his boss said NOT COVERED..Call competition and got another $283 unit. When I mentioned **********, the Rep at VA said "Oh, we probably don't have enough time for the complaints" Then said, "you should have read the reviews first.. Customer Service is worst I have ever dealt with... Real nasty attitude.. Horrible skills.. I did read the reviews... The WORST... Read More

No one greeted us when we came in. Even when my husband said "hello"" someone spoke but didn't bother to get out of their chair. No public restroom. I get that for people just walking in. But my husband was there to shop. So I told him to hurry, he could not stay long. We had been traveling for a couple hours by the time we stopped here. We stop here about once a year when visiting family. We live 5 hours away. Husband likes their products and prices.
