Last time I took my son in to get a haircut , they told me no I needed an appointment. Today I took him in, they had one stylist working, she was cutting a little boys hair, finished his then his little sister decided she wanted her hair cut. We were next but instead of her being professional and saying well this boy is next and has already been waiting awhile, she put the other customer in the chair. We walked out and went to Great Clips. They either need to hire more people here or the ones they have need to be more professional. Never going back.

Worst experience I've ever had. Lady used Thinning Sheers on my hair without asking. When I said I didn't want my hair thinned She said Your hair is to thick it needs to be thinned. Also got the hair clippers out and I said no. She cut my hair way to short and not the style I told her. I told her I wanted the style exactly what I had just need a cut and I left with a embarrassing hair cut. It will take months to fix this. Not happy at all!! I could have done better at home doing it myself.
