I have used this store multiple times since moving to the area. Each time I have had great customer service. Always greeted upon arriving. All of my questions are answered with such a willingness to help every time. Also, the cashier has helped me find coupons that I could use when there is not a sale going on. I always leave there with a smile on my face.

Just want in and no one said anything. 2 guys just standing there doing absolutely nothing so I asked if I could get some assistance. You can tell they don’t work hard here or have any customer service experience. Would not recommend. I miss the older lady that use to work here.

The store incorrectly tinted stain. Unknowingly the painter applied the stain to our deck which left us in an absolute mess. Stain doesnt always easily sand out and we had to choose a solid to cover up the mess. They could not sand it off the support posts so there was no way to keep our wood grain due to their store error. They refused to reimburse us what we had to pay the painter even though they ruined our new 30K deck. I have already contacted corporate with no callback and they did nothing after a BBB complaint either. Horrible store, horrible customer service. Please go somewhere else. Use a different brand.

I posted a review over a week ago and it still hasnt shown up so I am going to write this again because this is important information. We hired a painting company to stain our deck. The company used this store to tint the super deck stain. The stain given to our painters was greenish. It was supposed to be a warm brown. They admitted to a "tinting error" when they came to look at the areas in which the stain was applied. The bigger issue was in order to make sure there were no coverage issues we had to cover the stain up with a solid stain. We lost the desired look of the deck (semi transparent that shows wood grain) due to their error. This deck was barely a year old. This stain ruined our vision from being achievable without replacing the wood. The painter confirmed there was no way to put semi transparent over the support posts after sanding them because it would not have provided adequate coverage. I am attaching the sample block to show what the stain was supposed to be verses what they provided us. Be weary of this store. Send your contractors somewhere else. Avoid super deck all together. Plenty of other options out there. Dont find yourself in my shoes.

My contractor sent me to pick up a gallon of paint. I went to the store to buy the. Paint. I gave the clerk the contractor's name. The clerk charged me the regular price with no contractor discount. Contractor called the store but no refund offered. Will go elsewhere in the future.

I purchased deck stain in 2019 from the Anderson store that was clearly mislabeled. I have gone into 4 or 5 stores since to get a new batch and turned down several times. I went to the greer store 2 or 3 and have never been treated so poorly. Greer store told me on Saturday that they couldn't help me and that I made the mistake. They also stated only the tr and simpsonsvile stores had that stain in stock. Called the old spartanburg store and they had it in stock and where able to fix the issue causes by the Anderson store. The team was rude and blamed me for the mislabeled stain. Will never shop this store again.

The employees are always professional, helpful, and willing to answer questions and provide information. I buy from this store because of the employees. My only suggestion is that masks be required while in the store
