We recently needed to get a larger storage unit for some additional household items we needed to store. Randy had one available close to our old unit. He was able to accomplish the transfer in the system over the phone rather quickly. He also assisted us with gaining access when we arrived and were having difficulty initially with our phone application and the new unit. Great service.”

They had the water turned off in the restroom, and there was no paper, but that only happened one time.”
