I came in last night with a friend to get product for his hair! We were helped out by Echo and they were absolutely amazing! They educated us on all the products we were getting and recommended some products to go with it! GIVE THEM COMMISSION THEY KNOWS THEIR STUFF! Honestly the best Sally’s I’ve been to in Greenville and it all because of Echo!

The employee that was in the store today was completely and totally disrespectful and rude. I had told her that I had repeatedly come looking for a specific color and I understand if they didn’t have it however, she said that they were stocking all of the stuff from the boxes that they had just received off the truck. I understand that everywhere is shortstaffed, but she proceeded to tell me to go to another Sally’s store for the specific color very rudely. Her attitude was very piss poor and I don’t feel that that was warranted especially since I was very kind and explained the situation and asked if she knew if they were going to have everything stocked or if she was aware whether they did receive it or not. Management needs to deal with this employee’s attitude and how she handles customers. There was no need to be rude to me just because I asked the question.

Awesome, awesome, awesome customer service! Particularly Echo! Echo and Vic wet Both friendly and so helpful. Echo is an amazing sales person. I came in with a hair emergency and a plan to fix it and she completely redirected me with excellent advice. Then after me expressing being on a budget found me a budget friendly way to help with my hair damage (which wasn’t even what I came in to buy) So she was able to sell me something I didn’t plan to buy at a budget friendly price, making that extra sale and making a happy customer. I think she also recognized I was in a bit of a hurry bc she was rushing right along with me as she made her recommendations. Honestly could not have asked for more superior service and I truly hope she’s recognized for that! Y’all have a good one!

Extremely disappointed, online store hours, their own website hours AND the phone number to this store all say it opens at 10, I arrive at 10:10, assuming that maybe someone is running late, I wait 30 more minutes until I call the Taylor's location just wondering if the Greer location was going to open today or if they were closed because there was NOTHING posted on the door. They rudely respond "um maybe because they're short staffed?" Well sally beauty, that would've been nice to put up a sign, edit your hours, or update your store website before I spent 45 minutes of my time waiting for a wet cape that I needed before my stateboard. Never going here again! Save your time and your money, Cosmoprof has better prices and their employees don't act like they're on a power trip when you're shopping for their overpriced items.

Just not a good experience at all. Madison from the Greer store needs to learn to greet customers. I think that was her name. Also it's not the customers job to know your products have had a price change. If you all don't correct it on the shelf you should honor the price the customer sees until you fix it. Was told by the employee that Roux product pictured was now almost $5 more.Very disappointed that the district manager or whomever is over that store and the Taylors store didn't take out the time to address my complaint. I did call the cell phone number given to me by the store in Taylors, who by the way offered excellent customer service!

I’m just trying to cancel myOrder and no one is answering. The other Sally’s I went too was closed when it said it was open yesterday morning so I’m a little disappointed. Normally I like Sally’s. I just don’t understand what’s going on.

This location is closed at 11:53 in the afternoon...to think i just wasted my time and gas to find out the store is closed? when a simple notice on website would have totally been sufficient.

If I could put 0 stars I would the staff there is very rude first of all gave me wrong hair colors messed my hair up completely I had highlight it twice first time they gave me wrong toner it turned my whole hair purple darken my whole hair the next i try to do again they gave me something turned my highlights green!!! I went back in there to show them I been there actually all this week the manager is rude don’t speak and those people work there isn’t customer service people at all they can’t deal with there wrong mistakes and want to put it back at it’s your fault that you ignore there directions I followed everything they said to do they gave me wrong product than going I was going by what they said to do! Very unprofessional trust I love going to Sally’s but I won’t go back to the one in Greer if they was nice about it and could handle customer complaints that’s why you have the position to deal with public but there attitudes is very bad! I will be calling cooperate as well because the way they talked to me today in that store was horrible beware of that store!!!!

First time coming to this Sally’s. I usually always have great experiences. She took her time opening the store up. Walked in got my products and I got quite a lot. She rung me up and still didn’t give me a bag to put them in. If you don’t care to work customer service don’t work it. Overall I love Sally’s. Just certain people don’t need to be working that area.

Two very beautiful girls Viv and Cass helped me find everything that was right for me! Took the time to figure out everything that i was looking for. Very kind and talked to me like they knew me all my life, when I was a stranger! 10/10 on costumer service
