Not the best Ross I've been too. Find a lot of seemingly counterfeit shirts form major skate and surf brands (like Hurley, VANs, and Volcom. Maybe they are just irregulars that come through, but the fit and quality do not match the products sold by the brands directly.
Still able to find things here from time to time, but I have definitely been to better Ross locations.

Ross has many items found in other department store wears, but for less. Kind of like TJ Maxx. In April they had lots of summer items. the store was well stocked, and there were lots of people there. The clerk was friendly and offered to help. I will go back here.

Today (1/27/2024) at 5:30pm I went to return several items and had my receipt. The cashier (name tag read Laken or Laker - last letters were faded but her Assoc # is 607675) took my receipt without greeting or even glancing up at me. She couldn't find 3 items on the receipt, so I politely told her, "They're on the receipt because I've been to this store only once in my life."She looked so depressed and angry, I thought, "wow she must really hate to work." The entire time, she never even never looked up at me. I asked to hold the receipt and quickly pointed out the items. Apparently not believing me, she yelled to a Black woman with braces who was working Customer Service. Perhaps she was the supervisor, but she wasn't wearing a name tag. As soon as she came over, it was immediately clear why the cashier had an attitude and was disrespectful because this woman was even worse!The cashier said, "I don't know if two of these items are on the receipt," despite my pointing them out. The descriptions on the receipt were obvious. The moisturizer was referred to as "crepe repair," but they must not know the meaning of either. The olive colored corduroy pants were literally described as "Olive Cor," and the ribbed T-shirt was listed as "cerese rib."I had to explain these terms and point out the ribbing on the T-shirt. The one with braces loudly said, "ohhh yes, ma'am!" in as condescending a tone as she could. They were so unprofessional, condescending, and dismissive they shouldn't be working with customers. Frankly, I think it was because of my race. There couldn't be another reason because I hadn't done anything to deserve being treated that way! They both insinuated I'd stolen the items that cost a measly $45 total!The scrawny one with braces went back to the Customer Service, and that's when I noticed she wasn't wearing a name tag. Everyone else was, but based on her attitude, she probably thinks it's beneath her. After the rude cashier refunded everything, I asked braces girl what her name was, and she said, "I don't have to tell you my name!"I told her that was fine because I'm sure her boss can find out who was working that register at that specific time. As soon as I turned my back, both she and cashier started laughing loudly. It was like dealing with 2 immature middle school racist bullies. Unreal.I'd planned to do some shopping, but I was tired of dealing with their rude nonsense, so I left and don't plan to return unless they're fired. So if you go there look out for these two. They're ridiculous. Apparently this is their norm since another customer left a review stating the cashiers were standing in a group laughing and talking instead of assisting customers.

Not a ton of selection this time. Maybe it was due to being post holidays. The staff was just up front at the jewelry counter talking and laughing...only a few working. The cashier was super nice!
