Every single time I have walked through those doors an employee has kindly shouted out, “Welcome to Ross!” Doesn’t seem like much, but to me, it’s an extra mile of care. This place is always heavily stocked, especially around the holidays. Crazy to see people actually complaining about this. If the lanes were wider, causing less items to be stocked, people would whine about that. You won’t win, so just continue to do what you’re doing; I personally love all the unique variety. You never know what you’re gonna find, making shopping here so exciting. And for the discounted prices, it’s worth the “hassle” to look through it all. The employees also do a wonderful job keeping it picked up for all the foot traffic that comes in from 7:30am-11:30pm. I work at Walmart and we could NEVER. So amazing job ya’ll, keep it up! Honestly, the customers at Ross are the rudest I have ever encountered anywhere. Never say excuse me and leave clothes and toys scattered everywhere. For that type of clientele, I’m impressed the employees still smile when you get to the register. Do better people. But yeah, I will be back tomorrow, love me some Ross!

It is impossible to move around in here. Too much crap too close together. The store isn't even halfway full and it's so stressful just to be inside. Claustrophobic nightmare. Not how I want to feel when shopping.

I always stop by when I'm in town. I live in NC, but the stores down here seem to stock different items than the Ross near me. I drive for Uber so it pays to wear nice clothes.
I have found a few really nice shirts at this Ross that were originally $180. I paid $20 for them, so the value is definitely there if you look.
They also have a plethora of DKNY clothes, which I absolutely love. This ross also carries ties, which none of the stores in Asheville do anymore.

I started buying my work jeans here because I can get them cheap and I typically have good luck finding something that works with my body figure. The store is usually clean and organized and the employees are always friendly. Shout out to the sweet lady that works in the fitting rooms. She is always so friendly and helpful.

This Ross store is almost always a mess, with items in wrong locations, stock on the floor & in the isles. Just a sloppy kept store, and unpopular items. Needs better selections of clothing, home items, etc.

Your experience at this store is relative. Selection depends on the day. Sometimes you can find unbelievable buys and others it feels as if you were simply left out when the new batch of clothing cane in. But, then again, I guess that's what makes it exciting, like a shopping adventure.

To the girl working tonight 8/18/25 at 910p. (I did not catch her name) Needs to check her attitude before coming to work for her next shift. I walked in at 909p and she walks past me “uhhh we close in 5 minutes” i respond with I thought y'all closed at 10p. She then whipped her head around “ugh if you would’ve read the sign on the door you would’ve know” with her eyes rolling to the back of her head.
Maybe if you would’ve put the sign where people can see it when the AUTOMATIC sliding door is open or closed, I would’ve seen it!

I only shop here for shoe clothes hats socks and a lot of other stuff, the price on all the name brands are very low $70 shirts are $12.99 , $25 hats $9.99 -$12.99 $100 shoes will be $30 best place to shop for clothes they have a kids section women's section and men section very large inventory, this store is a must see place if you have never been.

I love this Ross store but I wish that the aisles were a little wider. They have the racks so close together that it makes shopping, especially with a cart, extremely difficult. Regardless, I found several items & will be back!
