This couple epitomizes Fairness, Friendliness, and Helpfulness.They're also extremely pleasant to do business with. In fact, I had called to get a price and hours. Then told them that I was completely out and would be over A.S.A.P., and they apparently waited for me. As soon as our business and quite pleasant conversation was over, they both followed me out the driveway.Top Notch A#1 these folks. I highly recommend them.Oh and BTW, they're also Rock Hounds, whom are my kind of people.”
“Not only do I love having this store in our small community to avoid going to a big box store where you may or may not get good customer service I love the friendliness of the staff and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need to get the job done. I always have a great experience in this store but today was above and beyond. Chris was there today and I had a major problem with a job I was working on a very expensive project that was due today. Not only did he help me figure out what to do with it he helped me salvage it and prevent having yo start all over. Thank you so much for your help today.”
