My sister is mentally challenged and just needs her medicine refills every 90 days. Dr Hood left this practice. And my sister was accepted to stay at this practice and see the nurse practitioner. Months later. They call me telling me they canceled her next appointment and can no longer see her. I sent them an email asking WHY???? Because she has been their patient for 2 years now. And just throw her out like a dog. She needs her medication and this is so UNPROFESSIONAL & NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

My doctor, Dr. Hanna, moved to this office a year and half ago, so I transferred with her, and it's been a good experience. It has that small town feel where the staff actually gets to know you and your family instead of just another patient. It's always really clean, asthetically pleasing, and doesn't have that typical medical office smell. When I send messages to them on MyChart, they are answered usually within a couple hours. Other doctor's offices I go to, I'm usually waiting for a response for a day or 2. I highly recommend this office and especially Dr. Hanna. She is the best doctor I've ever had. She listens and takes everything I say seriously and even with all my health issues and my childrens' health, she's never once made me feel like I'm overreacting. She is kind, understanding, and has never pushed me or my family into treatments we didn't feel comfortable with.

My doctor's office merged with Mtn View and my doctor retired so I had to see someone new. I see Dr Egli and I love her. She is thorough and really listens.

Dr. Gadomski is amazing!!! She actually took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel heard. She has been able to get me on the right meds to control my type2 diabetes, something that my previous provider couldn't do in 2years, Dr. G was able to do in just 3months! Highly recommend her! Finally feels good to have my health on track!

Beware of this doctors office. I’ve had nothing but issues with this office. First issue is when I ran out of my high blood pressure medication and my blood pressure was through the roof. I called and tried to get in there to take something to lower it. The front desk kept trying to give me an appointment that was 3 days away! Next up on the list, I go in for my yearly physical and Dr. Hood says, oh we are offering HPV shots would you like one? So I said yes as she sold me on why I should get it. What she didn’t want to tell me is that this shot costs $600!!! Oh and the best part, it’s a three shot vaccine. Please tell me why a doctor wouldn’t try and let the patient know there is a chance this shot isn’t covered and if not it’s going to cost $1,800 to get all three shots. Needless to say I am now stuck with a bill for over $600. Thanks a lot for thinking of your patients first. Unethical practice and it should be closed down. Based off your 2.8 stars on google, I’m going to assume you’ve been taking advantage of patients for a long time now. Truly disgusting

We will see if he gets the message!

Would not go here again. I thought Chad was very kind and forthright working with me and my daughters. I told him I was having a hard time finding an appointment to get a referral for a screening colonoscopy and he seemed to genuinely understand my concern (at high risk for colon cancer) and told me on Monday he had availability Wednesday and Thursday and to make an appointment for one of those days. I talked to the receptionist and got it scheduled, but it was scheduled for a month from now. When I called back to get it sorted out, they told me that there wasn't an appointment available and not a thing they could do about it, despite it being their error. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing in this office and I would not recommend it to anyone. No compassion or understanding whatsoever.

The services that I receive from Dr Hanna is excellent. Dr. Hanna and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to family and friends.

Finding a new Dr. can be scary. I decided to try Dr. Hanna. My appointment was at 10:39. Only waited 15 minutes to go back. Spent 29 minutes with the nurse and Dr. Hanna came in 10 minutes after the nurse and I were done. I have a lot of issues needing to be addressed, and she took the time to listen and we implented a good plan. The only thing that put me off a bit (and now that more hours have gone by, I'm finding this is more and more not sitting well with me), I told her I had found a knot/lump on my left breast. I told her I had had an order over a year ago for an Ultrasound on that breast and a bilateral mammogram, but the order expired. I have been sick this past year. She didn't even offer to feel for the lump and said she was going to give me a number to schedule a mammogram and THEN if they saw anything they would schedule the ultrasound. I found that odd. When I called Greenville Radiology, they said because I told them I had felt a lump, I needed to have the Dr. place an order for an ultra sound of the best where I get the lump and mammogram at the same time. They didn't want to wait. When I called my Dr.'s nurse, to convey this, I found her short and a bit rude. She said the Dr. said I had to have the mammogram first. This ended with the nurse saying she would call Greenville Radiology and set the appointment. I guess I'll see what happens. But won't blindly sit by and wait. I also went there to establish myself as a patient. I had no examples at all. Only labs. This was after telling her i have had chronic ear pain lately and am off heart beat and have a histor of heart disease strongly on birth success of my family. In terms of other staff, the front desk people were just OK. The woman who took my blood wasn't all that pleasant. The check out person was OK. I guess you could stay I wasn't impressed with the staff. I was however, out by 12:15. I honestly don't know if I'll stay, with this Dr.her about this with her again. I feel it's only fair to at least justvouce to her my concerns. But I would say, go somewhere else.

From the first time I visited 7 years ago I found the staff courteous and knowledgeable. My Primary Care Doctor, Dr. Leigh, seemed to anticipate my medical issues and is always prepared to explain my treatment options in depth. When Dr. Leigh has been unavailable, I have seen probably every other doctor at the practice. My care and experiences with them all is outstanding. I truly love all the staff at Family Medicine – Mountain View... if anything, they make me feel like family. This is a great practice!

I’ve been coming to this office since prior to 2015 (when it was known as Greer Family Medicine) and in 6+ years, they only thing that has changed is the faces. In 2015 I had an X-ray performed, the doctor told me all looked normal. I didn’t trust her observation so I got a second option that turned into me being diagnosed with cancer. Upon returning, I requested a different, seasoned, doctor. Each visit he treated me like a piece of paper, never looking at me, never friendly, etc. He retired thus I see someone new now. She is super nice, thorough and friendly, but I shouldn’t have to wait a minimum of an hour past my appointment time EVERY VISIT. Even on virtual appointments, I’m waiting at least an hour past my appointment time. One time, I can understand but when it’s to the point of the receptionist making a comment about the doctor never being on time, that’s an issue that needs to be addressed.
