“Brought in my 2001 Dodge Dakota that had aftermarket dual exhaust pipes installed many years ago. They were loud, rusty, and falling apart. Hawk removed the old pipes, fabricated and installed the original single exhaust. It runs smoother and much more quiet. All at a great price and under an hour! Thank you!”

“As the name says it was a Quick stop, if you set up an appointment they will have your information on file so by the time you get there just handle the keys and you will be in your way home in 45mins. I was there for oil change, tire rotation and wiper replacement of the company’s truck.”
“Had to lower to 4 stars, seeing it took over a week to get my oil changed. It wasn't so much their fault due to staffing issues, but their communication could be better (as in just letting people know, instead of leaving you sitting there while they keep looking at you.)”
“Was given the veteran discount but would have appreciated the additional $8 discount on the oil change for being a preferred customer. Also, the powersteering unit that had been replaced went bad shortly after it was installed. It was replaced again at Brockman. This Kia car needs KIA replacements. Managers at this Jiffy Lube keep changing so I didn't bother doing anything about the charge. I am aware that the service doesn't regularly do a big job like I had done and it probably was installed correctly - just the wrong one for this car. The guys have always been courteous and efficient.
