We bought a Simer pump 18 months ago from Next Day MRO. It malfunctioned and we are within the warranty period. I contacted NDM via Amazon and they told me to buy a new pump from a different seller and return the defective pump to the new seller. Since this sounds like obvious FRAUD, we contacted Simer who confirmed that warranty claims are handled through the seller. All calls and emails to NDM since then have been unanswered. No one answers their phones. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

We purchased a Simer pump through Next Day MRO via ******. 18 months later it malfunctioned. There is a 3 year warranty, so we contacted Next Day MRO via ******. They told us we should buy a new pump from another seller and then return the defective pump to the new seller. Um, that's FRAUD! When I pushed back on this, they simply gave me the number for the manufacturer. We called the manufacturer who told us warranty claims are handled by the seller. It has been a week of calling and messaging Next Day MRO and no one answers the phone or returns calls/texts.

Went through Amazon in early December & placed an order from Next Day MRO for my wife’s birthday on 12/27. Estimated arrival was 12/20-12/26. On 12/26, tracking showed detailed route up to that point & showed it would be delivered by 8p that night. Later that night when I checked status, all tracking info had been removed & now it just shows that it’s delayed & should arrive by Jan 1st. That’s when I realized tracking info is provided by Next Day MRO, not UPS or USPS. And apparently Next Day MRO can show whatever or as little as they want. Tracking is important and providing it up front then just pulling it isn’t acceptable. So now we are just waiting for Jan 1st to see what happens.

Ordered a fireplace through Amazon from Next Day MRO. Product indicated it had shipped. Approximately a week after it was supposed to arrive I had to initiate a complaint to get any information. Only then dd they inform me they were unable to fulfill my order and I would be receiving a refund.

We ordered a $1,300+ furnace from this company. Received it on the day promised, Monday the 21st. It stayed boxed until we could get someone to get it installed safely and correctly, which was Sunday, the 28th. Upon unboxing noticed a large dent in one panel and a HUGE buckle which caused severe bowing of the metal. It appeared to have been dropped or banged up so severely the unit does not sit flat, it rocks. The fan of the unit fell out of its metal slide and both metal piece holding it up no longer serve their purpose because it's so severely dented and bent. Because of the fan falling out of its position dropped on and damaged a coil so now it will most likely leak. Their were even screws missing in numerous places including the very front of the slide where the fan should've been screwed up into the unit. Not happy, especially being without a furnace in the start of winter. And seller isn't making it right and accepting the return because of the time line which has nothing to do with the severity of such a faulty furnace we received. MRO next day refuses return/refund.

Do not deal with this company! They messed up the instructions for the courier and caused my unit to be delivered almost two weeks late. It also came damaged and they refused to do anything about it. Their rep Derek just ignored my messages. You've been warned.

Next Day MRO was very quick and gracious with a product that was damaged during transit, they didn't only respond fast but made sure to ship a replacement right away, nice to know they care about their customers!

I purchased a Goodman gas furnace and AC system from Next Day MRO on Amazon, in the photos it showed the complete 3 piece system, when it arrived there were only 2 of the 3 pieces, without the 3rd part the system is unusable. When I called them they claimed there was an error in the photos [which they changed] and my options were to pay to ship the units back or pay an additional 300$ for the ac coil to complete the system. Being the middle of the winter and shipping costing more than the unit I was in no position to not buy it At best this is very deceptive advertising, at worst its a scam I called all the other sellers on the same ad on Amazon and they include all 3 items at the same cost, you would be better off using GEM Overstock or another reputable seller
