Employees are rude and do not let you ask the questions you need to ask. You get told one thing one day then the next day you go it it is completely different then what the previous employees said. I do not recommend this location.

This store/location, would be booming with business if the employees weren't so rude?! Every single visit over the past 2 years every single employee has been rude to not just myself, but to my husband & his mother, as well! I really can not tell you why exactly that they're so rude...not friendly at.all! No smiles. NOTHING! We absolutely HATE this location & only go if we absolutely have to! The only reason we are still customers with this company, period, is the call center employees-(they are so friendly & helpful & just the sweetest people, all the time), & the actual phone service-(quality, towers, etc.),. It's a shame that a company of this size, has such a basic issue, that takes so much from it!

Wish I could give them a zero stars... Rep was clueless rude and sooooo unprofessional. Caleb was bad but this chic was either high or just dumb. Never again

Let me just start this review by saying that Kayla and Clayton are awesome and deserve a raise. They know what they are doing and they will try their best to fix a problem. But sadly can’t say the same about anyone else there not even the manager. We had an issue when switching to metro we got 4 lines and 4 new phones. For some reason one of the phones didn’t want to work. We went to the store 5 times in 5 different days so they can fix the problem and we knew from the beginning it was the phone. But they still didn’t want to listen and not change the phone for us. Eventually on the 5th day they switched the phone to another one and it worked fine. Very frustrating experience.

My phone bill was 300+ bc they never returned my internet box so now they want me to pay 200 for that and mind you I have one phone plan and I got a iPhone 12 mini and on top of that the guy I spoke to was very rude I have been with this company for a year and had a few minor problems with them and they took care of it but this is just outrageous I do wanna say the district manager was very nice and I appreciate her help

This location held zero regard for their customers today. We stood in line for an hour before they even apologized for the 'inconvenience'. I wouldn't have even had to physically go in to the store had the employees known how to help me with my wifi properly. We left because we were utterly ignored by the team there today and went to a location in Spartanburg who then told us they could not help as we have to go to the Greer location since that's where we bought the wifi package. Every time I have to deal with an actual Metro PCS employee all I can think about is how terrible this world has gotten with people not being diligent orresponsible to do their jobs and be proactive with their customers. Metro PCS you suck.

They are horrible the trans man thats the owner is rude, sneaky and he steals money from his/her employees, the people he hires are rude to the customers, and they all are fat and rude, don't go to this metro please go to another one, they need to shut that store down ASAP. Hopefully my cousin takes action and sue that horrible place for his service he received from them.

I've never had this many issues with one provider.Now, I haven't paid my phone bill in a few months, I've been unemployed, so it's no issue for me when they turned off my data.My issue came when I tried to log into the MyMetro app, and it tells me that my pin number has been changed. Without my knowledge or approval. I have no clue what my pin is, can't login to the app, and I've called metro 3 times with no answer..And given the service is spotty at best, I'd highly suggest anyone reading this wondering if Metro is a good company to go to, go elsewhere.Customer service, when you can get it, has been fantastic in my experience, but it's seemingly rare to get any service at all.

Went in this past Saturday to switch a phone and both employees and a third employee on the phone were all helping one customer and completely ignored me for almost 15 minutes. Not only that one of the girls was cursing every other word out of her mouth, completely unprofessional. I then decided to leave since I wasn't being helped and as I'm walking out the door the girl yells at me "did you need help with something" I explained what I was wanting to do and she promptly told me she didn't know how because she was from another store and I would need to wait for the other girl to finish what she was doing. When she was finally done she said "we can't hook that phone up if it's not unlocked" I explained that it was unlocked and purchased from that exact store less than 6 months prior. She then told me that I would need to do a factory reset on the phone and when I asked her how to do it she said, "you need to Google it ??♂️" On top of all this she still couldn't figure out how to switch the service to the phone. Very disappointed and wasted over an hour of my time!!
