“We have used them twice, once for repair of a rolllator and once for purchase of equipment. They were friendly and put it together for me and explained what I needed to do when I got it home. I'll use again and recommend it for your medical needs.”

But with the best of conversation they're still facing issues with billing process the paid there service fees online. So I guess the next process is for me to call them or visit them personally to pay what I owe.”
“…..I mainly blame the rehab and hospital that hooked us up with oxygen with NO training. I had NO idea about anything or how to work or clean the equipment. NOTHING. A HUGE problem with our healthcare “system.” The delivery guy was extremely nice and helpful. He went overboard explaining in 5 minutes how to use the equipment. Something the healthcare people should have done before they sent my 89 year old mother home. Was told he was the only driver.Called the company a couple of times, they were nice. FINALLY spoke with Beth. VERY knowledgeable. She went overboard explaining. We drove over and she sat down and explained in more detail, which is what I needed.I now give them 5 stars. If the hospital and rehab/ nursing homes would complete their jobs this company would have more luck with this star system.”
“Twice in the last 2 weeks they have failed to deliver oxygen for my husband who called and requested tanks. Whoever answers the phone does not relay the order. As a result my husband is unable to go to religious services and medical appointments without driving an hour away to pickup his own oxygen. He is on 6 litres 24/7. They are risking his life by their poor quality service. Since they are closed on weekends he is forced to do without. As a follow up. We received a call promising oxygen delivery today on a Sunday. This is very positive.”

“Rick was great! He came to my house and set up my new BiPAP machine. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went over all the features and info. He patiently answered all my questions.”
