She showed us a couple different beds and helped us find the exact one that fit our needs. She was very friendly and even helped us get a great price for the mattress! “I know there's a lot of Mattress Firm locations in our area, but this should be your pick! Kendra is AMAZING at her job! We picked out a Nectar mattress that she was able to price match to another competitor. We tried sleeping on it for over a month but found out there was a defect in the support. When we went back for a swap, she asked us to pick out a back up mattress in case it happened again. We ended up liking the one she showed us even better! It was $100 more expensive, so we expected to pay that plus pay restocking fees/exchange fees/etc. That was fine with us. But because of the warranty and defect (not a comfort issue), we only had to pay tax! She is so pleasant to work with and keeps a positive demeanor. While helping us, she also helped two other customers and treated us all exactly the same which is so refreshing to see. I hope Mattress Firm knows they can't afford to lose an employee like Kendra. She's priceless!”

“I purchased a high end office chair here some time ago. When it was time to replace the gas cylinder that provides lift, I found myself struggling to successfully complete the task myself. The manager of the store offered advice and suggested if needed, they would be willing to assist. Well, I ended up taking it back to them, and with zero argument, they accepted the chair, fixed it, cleaned it, and had it ready for my use the following day. I was delighted. I would never buy this type of product anywhere else. They fully stand behind their products and service.”

“I don’t write reviews in these days we live in where everyone wants you to write a positive review for just being. So here’s a review well deserved. Background, I have bought furniture from the factory furniture for years. In fact my house is most likely outfitted from them in total. My wife and I recently went in to buy some pieces that are no longer available, story of my life lol. So after purchasing some pieces and paying… my wife and I left. Got a call from Chris letting us know he made a mistake in cost…not in his favor but in mine. The amount is not the important part but the fact he caught it before I did and addressed it and corrected the mistake. Bravo!!! If you are still reading this review, good. This is a family business. A family that treats you fair but still a business. They must make a profit, yes the bad the word lol, but you still save money here, and time rather driving and going to other stores etc. I said to Chris, “people buy from people not price”. In this store I get both and I believe you will also. Years and years of purchases from them has proven the fact. Honest, integrity and low prices is a slogan everyone uses with short comings. “I have had been shopping all over Greenville and even went down to Anderson to checkout some stores there for mattresses and I finally found Mattress outlet of Greenville this store truly is a hidden gem. Upon arrival Jim greeted me very quickly and was super nice and knowledgeable. Once I heard the pricing I was hooked and the quality was amazing. “It may not look like much from the outside (to the point we didn’t even trust that it was open and still in business) BUT we were pleasantly surprised to find a knowledgeable and experienced gentleman who was thorough and patiently guided us to test numerous mattresses until we found a favorites. He wasn’t pushy and even encouraged us to wait and test our top three again tomorrow to see if we stood by our choice! He coordinated same day delivery and made this potentially stressful process smooth. Will definitely return for future mattress needs.”

“Back in May of last year my home burnt down. Unfortunately we did not have homeowners insurance. When it came to buying furniture for our new home I had been told the we needed to go to Furniture Warehouse Showroom.We met Stephanie Bishop and let me tell you she was AMAZING!!! We went in sad and gloomy and came out happy and hopeful.Stephanie helped us in every way possible. We told her our budget and she met every goal that we needed to achieve.Her personality and smile made this horrible situation a great experience.We literally had lost everything and Stephanie helped replenish our home with top quality furniture.Every piece that we purchased Stephanie was extremely knowledgeable about (down to the materials and how to clean)When it comes to top notch customer service I highly recommend Stephanie Bishop. Delivery guys Justin and Micheal were spot on with the morning call and estimated arrival time. Kept us informed throughout the day. Arrived and like a well oiled machine got to work.
