Great customer service here. We needed a microwave and the only one was up high in storage. The employee got a bucket ladder and we got our microwave. Good work.

Yesterday i decide to go this store because is the one i always used for my projects purchases. I'm a very loyal costumer. But now I'm not to sure if i will come back, an associate lie to me when i ask about the installation services for a water heater tank, he said they will send someone for free to give us an estimate, but that information it's NO true. It's not acceptable that they lie to the costumers.

This review is specifically for Nicholas at checkout. I needed something specific, asked him where it was.. he was able to tell me without looking it up.. but double checked to make sure I wasn't "wandering in the desert". It was refreshing to have someone knowledgeable and happy to help.

I have spent more money at Lowes of Greer, SC over the past 40 years than I care to expand upon. After buying a quart of black rust oleum paint at Lowes that I wished to return to buy a gallon of the same along with around 50:00 of addition items. The management refused to accept it because I had lost my receipt. The can had never been opened and it was not a mixed paint but a standard black rust oleum. I sincerely understand the underhanded things that go on in this world today but really. They could look at my purchase history and see the loyal patron that I have been. Exchange for a more expensive item and be looked at as though I were trying to cheat them. I’m done with Lowes as there is a Home Depot across the road that now has my business. Terrible at looking after there loyal customers. Deserves no star

Selection is good Service and attention is below Zero My window replacement was measured on 9/27/23 by Ms B. Hisey A week later the installer came and did their measurement. I stopped at the store on Sunday 10/8/23 for follow up since i have received no update or status. An associate at the window dept sent and email to Ms. Hisey to get an update on 10/8/23 Waited on 10/9/23 Monday and no answer or email or calls from anyone Called back and ask to be connected to Ms. Hisey......manager on duty said he does not anyone by that name(Ms. B. Hisey) I spoke to Ms Hisey Monday pm. She gave a tel no. to what she called "tender team. Called the no and the Corporate Office answered but know nothing about Ms. B. Hisey or my order and was told to contact the Greer store. Called the Greer store and was passed to different people. Got an email fr B. Hisey saying that the store mgr will give me a call FIRST THING MONDAY AM. Waited and no calls received.....this is after almost 2 weeks since the window measurement now 10/10/23. I placed another call and the CS girls said the same thing no record of Ms. B. Hisey, but gave me the name of Brandon one of the store manager who she said will call me after 12noon 10/10/23 when he gets in. Seems like NO ONE REALLY CARE. I also need to replace or repair my exterior walls with a stone veneer. I think i learned my lessons, since no one seem to know how to proceeds with my intended order. A. Carandang 10/10/23 11:39am

Normally this store is great, I chose Lowe’s over HD all day long but every time I have an order for pickup that has anything large wood, stone ect. It never gets picked and I end up having to go and get it myself. I even called ahead and they said give us an hour. Come to find out someone started picking my order got to the point of the stone and left my order. And I got lied to and told it was never started. Starting to think HD might be better or just using Ace.

We paid Lowe’s for a new washer and dryer AND to install BOTH of these items. The appointment was for between 12-4 pm. The day before we get a voicemail saying our time slot has been moved, without our consent, to 4-8pm. The time isn’t what I’m worried about but it plays into our experience with Levi the “technician” from Lowe’s Home Improvement (if that was even his name). Everything seems to be going fine, our old washer is removed and new one installed. Our old dryer is removed and then I get told that I “need to clean the dryer vent pipe in a timely manner or they won’t be able to install my dryer that we paid them to install.” He didn’t have the proper tools for the job and I didn’t either considering I paid Lowe’s to install it. I was being berated for 5 minutes about work we paid another company to do before I could even speak to say that. Levi acted as if I installed the old dryer myself and was very condescending. He kept using the excuse “it’s the last stop of the day” to not install the dryer because he was frustrated he couldn’t do it. He was rude to my mom and myself. This is the last time I ever step foot in a Lowe’s or buy anything from Lowe’s or have anything “installed” by Lowe’s. I’m still mad about the whole experience and it’s been 12 hours. Now I have to call around and pay someone else to do a job that Lowe’s WAS PAID to do.Edit 9/29/2023:Called Lowe’s customer service the day after “install” on 9/28/2023 and the earliest they would have been able to come would have been 9/29/2023. That’s unacceptable so I called the “Dryer Vent Wizard.” They were able to install my dryer in less than 20 minutes when Lowe’s was too lazy. They also showed me where Lowe’s failed to install a clamp around the power supply that would have resulted in it failing to work over time. Overall very unsatisfied with Lowe’s.

I’ve always defended Lowe’s but today I went in with my two kids to get some pavers and plants for a project. The cashier at checkout treated me absolutely terribly because I asked/suggested that maybe someone could help me load since I have 500lbs of stuff, a 9 month old in a carrier and a 5 year old with me. She basically told me no and acted like I was insane. And this was after she rang up the wrong paver three times because she was rushing me out. I tried explaining to her the reason I picked what I picked and had a picture of the tag and she just kept telling me “oh they’re probably just in the wrong spot.” Will be doing everything in power to support local businesses rather than Lowe’s from here on out. Sad day when a mom can’t even get a little help to her car without a paid employee giving her attitude.

Can I give this place a NEGATIVE 5 STARS! I have had nothing, but issues with every single order I have placed at this location! They had a glitch with their computer that said my installation of my washer and dryer couldn't be done until August 11th. Then I get an email saying on of the hoses isn't in stock and was cancelled. When I called, the guy said everything was in stock and that my entire order had to be cancelled, refunded, and recorded because of the computer glitch! I did that only to have the wrong plug for the dryer come with the unit which meant it couldn't be installed and they had to come back. I wanted the same guy who claimed he would call me and come back the next day. That never happened! I got two guys who spoke Spanish the whole time and did a rush job....I had to ask the guy to screw in a screw all the way which seemed like a hassle for him! Once, I got my home wired for an Electric Range, I had them come out to install my range. The guy pulls out the range and says he can't do it because he isn't certified to disconnect gas! No one at Lowe's told me they cannot disconnect gas! I had them even write in their notes on the order, take out gas range and install electric! I had to spend more $ to hire a company to come out, cap the gas, and had them install my electric range because I don't trust anyone from Lowe's now!! Lastly, I ordered vertical blinds for my patio sliding door. It took a bit for the guy to come out and measure. I went in and finished my order with Danielle (only competent worker there!). I went to check out and they over charged me. I went back to get my blinds Danielle cut and told her. She had to go up front with me to get me reimbursed $20. She said the guy isn't busy and would probably call Monday to set up a date for installation. Thursday comes along and no call. I call the store, Danielle isn't in. They took my number to have someone call me back. No one did! I call today, Friday. Danielle isn't in and they won't give me the times she works, so that I can speak to her... WTH! They said we can have someone call you back. I said, "No one ever does! I need to speak to Danielle!" They transferred me to Installation. The woman on the phone asked for my phone number. She couldn't find my order and asked if it was under a different number. "NOOOOO! It isn't!" She put me on hold, found the order, and said the installation was refunded which meant the installation was CANCELLED! I told her they overcharged me $20 and I was refunded $20! She went back to correct the order and couldn't. So she has contact the store to get the PO corrected and someone is supposed to call for installation. See if that happens. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STEER CLEAR FROM THIS LOWE'S!! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST.... NOTHING, BUT HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES HERE! RUN far from this Lowe's!

If you need warranty work on your craftsman tools, I’d highly suggest avoiding this store. When trying to replace a socket and 3/8” universal joint, I was told I would need to bring in the entire toolset they were purchased with to exchange them. Ridiculous
