Selection is good Service and attention is below Zero My window replacement was measured on 9/27/23 by Ms B. Hisey A week later the installer came and did their measurement. I stopped at the store on Sunday 10/8/23 for follow up since i have received no update or status. An associate at the window dept sent and email to Ms. Hisey to get an update on 10/8/23 Waited on 10/9/23 Monday and no answer or email or calls from anyone Called back and ask to be connected to Ms. Hisey......manager on duty said he does not anyone by that name(Ms. B. Hisey) I spoke to Ms Hisey Monday pm. She gave a tel no. to what she called "tender team. Called the no and the Corporate Office answered but know nothing about Ms. B. Hisey or my order and was told to contact the Greer store. Called the Greer store and was passed to different people. Got an email fr B. Hisey saying that the store mgr will give me a call FIRST THING MONDAY AM. Waited and no calls received.....this is after almost 2 weeks since the window measurement now 10/10/23. I placed another call and the CS girls said the same thing no record of Ms. B. Hisey, but gave me the name of Brandon one of the store manager who she said will call me after 12noon 10/10/23 when he gets in. Seems like NO ONE REALLY CARE. I also need to replace or repair my exterior walls with a stone veneer. I think i learned my lessons, since no one seem to know how to proceeds with my intended order. A. Carandang 10/10/23 11:39am

Having enjoyed and appreciated the military discount for more than 20 years and near $100,000 in spend on multiple homes, I've now decided to take all of my business elsewhere (including on-line). They changed their policies and I've spoken to 6 Lowes reps, lost 2 1/2 hours on the phone and was told that I needed to cancel my account and start over. Customer service means nothing to this organization!

My wife and I went to Lowes in Greer because we needed to replace the washer and drier and outdoor grill at our Lake house in Anderson County. We were not sure what we wanted when an employee asked if he could help. His name is Stephen Jaworski. We had many questions about the different brands of washers and dryers and he was very knowledgeable about each one. He wrote up the whole order and set up the delivery that we requested. The next morning we realized that the grill we had selected was too small. I met Stephen that morning and had no problems in deleting the original grill and replacing it with the one that better served our needs. Roy S.

I called in a $9000.00 lumber order in yesterday and this am they said I could pick it up. I arrived this afternoon and waited 1 and 1/2 hours and still did not have it loaded. I asked for a refund and they processed just $3500.00 of the $9000 as a credit and stated that they had a computer problem and they would work on it and perhaps I could get the full refund tomorrow. NO ONLY CAN'T THEY FILL AN ORDER THEY CANNOT EVEN GIVE A REFUND. If I don't get my refund tomorrow they will be sued. BEWARE OF THIS STORE !

We purchased a fence and install back in October. Lowes sub contracts there work to a third party installer named devil dog fencing. Who then sub contracts his work out to another installer. We have had multiple issues from day one. From them coming and staying for maybe 3 hours a day which then took over 2 weeks to install. To not installing the fence correctly,putting in multi holes in post and not using the correct material :example metal sleeve that goes inside gate post to structural secure it they did not use. The gate has been broken since install..We have contacted lowes multiple times and no solution has been given. Know they are saying it’s due to weather meanwhile we have been calling since day one and they haven’t even closed our install. This is the worse experience we have ever had with a major company. Not only have we got the fence installed so did 2 of our neighbors who also have been having issues. #dontuselowes,#dontbuyfromlowes,

Pat in appliances is amazing! We kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly quick to the point. He helped me pick out my fridge, washer, and drier they were perfect. He even suggested a top loader because they were more durable. I needed the appliances quick and I checked four different stores in the area. Lowes was fast, easy, and delivery went smooth. Pat even told us to call if we had any issues with delivery. I had an amazing experience.

Purchased an expensive refrigerator from this location for a brand new home. When it was delivered the delivery guys hit the front door with the refrigerator and damaged the door. No apologies and no word back from Lowes after many attempts of trying to reach someone. It doesn't stop there.. their "setup" is a disgrace. They could not get the refrigerator level (after 3 minutes of attempting) and said the floors must be uneven in the BRAND NEW home. They suggested putting something under the corner to keep it from wobbling. I had to fix this myself. They left lots of trash from the delivery and said that was my responsibility even though they're supposed to cleanup. The entire experience was terrible. Lowes will never get another dime from me.

I have been a Lowes customer for many years and have always been very pleased until this last issue. I purchased three peel and stick tile samples from a Lowes store in FL. We chose the pattern we liked and purchased several hundred dollars of this tile at our local Lowes in Greer, SC. All I wanted to do was return the two tile samples we didn't need for a total of about $20. The local Lowes refused to return the product because they don't stock the same tile. Do they expect me to drive back to FL? I have called the Lowes Corporate offices four times for assistance and they keep sending me back to the local store. After numerous calls and conversations, I will no longer seek reimbursement but I will think twice before purchasing from Lowes again. Home Depot is right across the street.....what a shame!

My suggestion, don't buy any appliances or other major purchases using the Lowes Store credit card. I have regretted this from day one! I had a damaged new refrigerator returned and purchased it with 12 monthly payments with no interest. Major headache has occurred! I purchased a replacement refrigerator and now No One can straighten out my credit card. I am talking 8 phone calls and even the credit card (i.e. Sychrony Bank Lowes Credit) or the store manager can straighten it out! Basically, I am paying a monthly payment for Both refrigerators! I have asked at Synchrony to talk with a supervisor and more than once I was told, "my system is not working correctly, and I cannot transfer you to a supervisor." So please don.t use or buy major purchases on Lowe's Credit. Even the store manager said, yes we goofed on your return! Maybe in a "few months" it will be corrected!

We decided to have some of our flooring re-carpeted and contacted Lowe's to do the job. After selecting our carpet, we waited and waited and waited. Finally got an installation date. They were supposed to arrive at 8AM. At 10 my wife called to see where they were. Now we are told between 11 and 1230. At 1PM, we call back. Now the time is 2 PM. Finally arrived around 230. We showed them where the carpet was supposed to go. The lead installed claimed he didn't know anything about doing the second room (loft and stairs). He got on the phone and had an argument with someone over him not getting all the information. Then he proceeded to argue about having to be paid extra to move our furniture and to lay the berber carpet on our stairs and loft. Probably not a good thing to do in front of your customer. Didn't leave us with a warm and fuzzy feeling about the whole thing. When asked how long the two rooms would take, he said about 4 hours. Well around 630 they finished the bedroom. Since we didn't want to feed them dinner, I asked when they could come back. After much discussion and phone calls, they finally agree to return in two days. So we had to live in a messed up home for a couple more days while waiting on them. When they finished, they left us with a small piece of carpet from the bedroom, and a 9X12' piece of carpet from the loft. Claimed so much was left over because of his expert installing. Went to Lowes to try to get some money back on this 9X12 piece of carpet. After 30 minutes, no luck. The manager would not accept that Maybe, just Maybe somebody mis-measured our home and that's why we have so much left over. Nope, not going to do anything about it. Very unhappy with Lowes. Customer service is terrible. Between all the problems the first day in arriving then taking an extra day to install, the left over carpet.....nope, never again.

Called the Flooring Department of the Greer store location on Wade Hampton Blvd 5 times total on 3 different days to ask a simple question about carpet installation. Same result. The phone rings and when someone picks up they don't even answer, just put the phone back down on the receiver to end the call. When I have been in the store, they either can't be found or scurry away like roaches when they see you coming. I could understand if the store were understaffed but that doesn't appear to be the problem. Someone should consider better employee training or adding an option to leave a message for this department so someone can call back. The paint department employees are awesome...maybe you should cross train them on flooring.
