Came in today for a simple fill and I was so disappointed I wanted to cry. I will never return. I simply get acrylic over my natural nail. I look like I have teeth on my fingers. I’m so unhappy and I didn’t want to pay. The paint was rushed, the shaping was horribly done and looked nothing like the picture. This wasn’t done by a professional.

I used to go to this salon a lot because of how close by it was. The last time I went, the nail technician didn't even try to trim my nails despite asking for a deluxe manicure. I don't know why she thought I didn't want the basic task done, but it felt like she was too lazy to give me the proper service and I had to speak up and explicitly tell her I wanted them cut. The poor experience discouraged me from ever going again.

I have been going to the salon for about 20 years. In the last year, I have seen such a decline. It’s sad. Today I went in for the same manicure and pedicure. I have gotten on multiple occasions and was told they don’t know what I’m talking about. A simple American manicure. The last time I was there, I brought a picture asked for a simple polish and was told sure they could do it. But they could not, and instead of getting the polish I wanted I was given dip polish, which I specifically asked what it damaged my nails, and was told no. It did and once again, I disappointed. This was such a great little salon I have given multiple rave reviews, but sadly, I can only give one star.

I returned here because I loved my nails the last time I went. I had a great experience this time woman was very nice and kind that did my mani pedi. I really did love the job she did.. However that was only 5 days ago and my gel polish is already chipping mind you I do not do hard labor with my hands, not have I had them in any chemicals or washing dishes. I have never had a manicure with her polish that started chipping so quickly. Needless to say I am very happy and will start looking for somewhere else I guess since I am not getting my money's worth here.

Very bright and clean inside however just got a color change on my toes and the tech told me my nails were too short and that’s why the Polish was bubbling and uneven. She also kept pointing and telling me not to put my shoes on (said three times in a row) and I wasn’t even moving or reaching for my shoes. There’s still polish on my skin bc she wouldn’t clean around my nails. Waste of time and money.

If I could Leave 0 stars I would. I booked the VIP room in advance for my husband and I. The place looks like a break room. They are having to take out food and drinks etc. as we are sitting down. My water was cold the entire time. The response was the water is hotter in main area. I had to ask the lady 3 times to scrape My feet for dead skin. She used no cuticle Remover or anything on my toes. Absolutely the worst experience with pedicures ever!

Awesome nail salon!! Great service and prices. Would recommend to anyone.Ken is so professional and personable.Although, my preference for Ken because of an original referral and visiting for 1.5 years with Ken as my tech, I have observed others and all of the results look great. Top notch nail salon!!!!

They have an extremely rude employee who if he doesn't like that way you ask how he's doing will hang up in your face. I called back trying to talk to an owner or manager about it but the same employee hung up again.
