Beware: They DO NOT price match. This is about the only business I've came across that do not price match. I tried to get them to price match a Lego set that Walmart had for $10 cheaper. I probably will not return or give them my business.
Besides that the employees were friendly and the store was clean. The overall feel was comfortable.

Very displeased with the service at this location. I went in there the other day to look for a blouse and I ran into a friend who worked there. My friend was helping me find the blouse and we were having a conversation catching up while looking. Until one of her managers (I believe his name was Jim) came up to us and told me I had to leave to let her get back to work. I was shocked! Never have I ever had a manager of a store come up to me (a paying customer) to inform me I needed to leave. The store wasn’t even busy and I was more than unhappy at the situation.

I love coming to this Kohls because it’s always clean and neat and they have the Sephora section. Beverly who works in Sephora is an amazing employee! Everytime I come in I’m greeted quickly with a hello and smile! She always makes me feel extremely welcomed and helps me with whatever questions I have! I can’t say enough good things about her she is absolutely amazing and I will drive out of my way to come here because she always is so helpful and kind!

If you don't want to do Amazon returns then stop taking them. In the meantime the woman that takes them at the counter should stop acting as if it's an inconvenience to her. And she apologizes to the person behind me when I have multiple items to return, and it takes a little time to pull them up on the phone, especially when Amazon doesn't combine them, as I've asked them to when doing the return. If you don't like your job move on! Somebody else will.
