Ok for daily needs. Staff not as friendly or helpful as Publix.

To be honest, I've been in 3 times. 1st good, produce was good, some other things too high like premium grocer. 2nd time, we only at the Asian food and the salad bar. 3rd took my son to eat lunch, no salad in the salad bowls, everything dried up and empty. Really awful. At the hot food counter same thing. Dried up, not stirred, looks terrible. In the hot food tables near salad bar with ready to go stuff, same thing. Stuff falling out of packages, no care. Then went to show him meats and cheeses. Found a bad roast told the worker who said it happens, then went by bacon and it was all green too. That's scary. Your going to make someone sick or worse. I would normally support small businesses but can't support this. No excuse fir employees not staying on these things.

Need friendlier employees! I shop there alot. Thousands of dollars a year. Atmosphere needs changing. Say hello! That costs nothing. This makes us want to shop there!

Ever since Covid they have replaced my favorite items with Laura Lynn brand or stopped selling certain items all together. I have begun going to FoodLion just another mile and Walmart to get things like Armour / Budig -Chipped Beef they don't have this at all or UTZ brand chips replaced by LauraLynn. The limited offerings approach that of a convenience store. They also play the game of buy 3 get a lower price when all you need or want is one.

Aweful customer service at deli department today. The young man with black hair/beard/black rimmed glasses is very rude. He made customers wait he was doing "busy work" and was not friendly. Do not recommend going to this deli unless you're ready for an unpleasant experience.

Haven't shopped at Ingles in years and never will again! Bad customer service experience where I was chased through the parking lot by the cashier yelling that I didn't pay. I did pay and had the receipt to prove it. She walked off before she handed me the receipt and forgot to come back. I reported the issue to the manager and he basically just acted like it wasn't a big deal and that the cashier was just stupid. I then wrote an email to corporate and never got a response.

I go to all grocery stores to buy deals. I find very few at Ingles. I find the most at Publix. I save a lot of money the way I shop.

This is my first choice among local grocery stores, and is well above average for Ingles and other stores of this type. It has a decent deli, offers a good selection of fresh baked goods and breads, and the fresh meat and fish counter offers a good selection. When one of the “cutting butchers” are on duty I have found they are quite willing to do special cuts upon request. The produce section is clean and well-stocked with a decent selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. I usually buy household items like paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies at bulk outlets, but occasionally, Ingles has a sale on them at competitive prices.

As I shared on FB "Greer Resident's" I have been an Ingles shopper for more than 25 years... and have had decent customer service as well as pretty decent food. However, went in last week and bought a pound of shrimp ($12.99/lb)... which was bad and had to get rid of it as not to smell my house up. However, when I went back and told 2 people in the meat department , they apologized and said it happened regularly. When I spoke with the manager, she told me that I would need to bring the shrimp in to show her. This was after I had spent over $300 more on groceries. WATCH OUT FOR ROTTEN FOOD
