Has to be one of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. As I checked out, she couldnt even acknowledge me just stared at me. I spoke to her, and she just looked right through me like I wasn’t speaking. I won’t waste my money at that store again

Purchased the wrong kind of earbuds. Turned around after taking them out of the bag and realized they were the wrong kind and they wouldn’t let me exchange them. It was literally right after I took them out of the bag! Poor customer service!!!

The lady at the register was extremely rude, made me check out at the self checkout but did it herself. I asked if this was card only? After rolling her eyes, she says "don't you have a card?" Which I did but had cash as well and planned to use it. I fly often and will be sure to go the the one up on the top floor by the gates instead of the one down by security from now on.

Nothing is priced so that they can scam you into paying a ridiculous price. Gross way to take advantage of people.

I purchased a medication that listed $5.25 on the box. I didn’t pay much attention at self check out but realized a moment afterward I was charged $15. I took the box and receipt back and the associate stared at me and said, “ok.” Would not honor the price on box, rude customer service.

I don't normally hit these places, but Dunkin Donuts hadn't made any iced tea yet. Watch you wallet. $4.44 for a bottle of tea and they "can't give you a refund without calling the manager."

Your proto-typical Airport convenience store chain. This particular location is in the Main Terminal - before the TSA Security Checkpoint. It's fairly large for a small town Airport - it's actually larger than most of the Hudson News locations in Washington Dulles International Airport - maybe because there are fewer choices at GSP? In any case, they carry all of the normal convenience store goods: bottled water and soda, snacks, books, magazines, newspapers, snacks, selected toiletries, and tourist knick-knacks.
