“Great place to do business. They took the time to help me out and explain stuff to me and was very nice and the sale price and trade price was higher than anyone around”

“Visited for the first time today. Owner and staff were very friendly. Store was recently expanded and is spacious, comfortable, and we'll stocked. Vintage selection is excellent and apparently was lower than normal today. Loved the $1 boxes. Unopened box selection is good for baseball and appeared to be outstanding for Pokémon and basketball (which I don't collect). Prices were fair for the most part... nothing badly overpriced, no absolute steals... right where prices should be. Will definitely return.”

“Found a great little gem today of a gaming store. Very large selection of boardgames. The staff was super helpful and friendly, made multiple suggestions based upon questions they asked me. And even gave me a quick little demo of a loaner copy game they have.
They even have a selection of used games as well. They also have plenty of places to play games in store. Overall it's is an amazingly friendly and open atmosphere.

Definitely buy here and ignore Amazon support your local brick and mortar”

“Absolutely delighted to find this place here on a work trip. Great selection of comic books, boardgames, card games, miniature games, TTRPGs, anime figures, Gundams, and quite a few gotchapon machines. So glad they found a larger space to make there own. They also have a rather large play area as well.I will definitely be re-visiting the location.”

“Hobby lobby are all pretty much the same, if you don't mind the stores ideological views and leanings (Christian owned and conservative as hell) it's a pretty solid spot. Michael's is a bit nicer, and locally If you want the best art supplies available suburban paint Co. On Pleasanburg IS THE BEST EVER.”

“Very friendly and helpful owners on-site! They give great advice and have a genuine love for/appreciation of our feathered friends. There are some unique items here, too, like the cylindrical birdseed cake that fits perfectly in the similarly-shaped feeder. Our birds really loved that (the dried mealworms attract a lot of woodpeckers!) I'm happy to support this small business!”

“Do not hesitate to do business here! I wanted a Ukraine flag last minute, called, and Cathy was on her way out for an Easter weekend trip but suggested I could buy over the phone and she would leave at a friends business nearby. What a great life saving idea! Nice as she could be. Worked out perfectly. Thank you Cathy! Hope to do lots more business in the future! SHOP HERE!!! Also THANK YOU to her Vietnam vet husband for his service!!!”

“The store was very clean. It had a very big selection of items. The staff was not very knowledgeable of different craft products, but very willing to help which makes the difference. Parking lot was clean and accessible being situated very close to the front door”

“As an actual avid comic book reader, the 1-star reviews don't track with my repeat weekly experiences here. I'm not usually one to jump into commenting about other folk's reviews... but since it seems like they were left by ze crème de la crème~, I figure I should at least submit a counter balancing review. Obviously, from not being there during the 3 year old's traumatizing YELLING... I can only say that the three clerks (including the owner) behind the counter I've encountered in my many visits, are almost painfully mild mannered, friendly, helpful folks. I can't even imagine any one of them looking, acting, or sounding vicious enough to be traumatizing. I mean, I guess the temperature in the room IS about room temp (70 degrees) so if you are or are raising a snowflake... Do not enter... you might melt. Low quality in what way Mr Deadpool? The place is well organized, the shelves are modern, clean and not some wired shelving. I would only place Borderlands (only the top dog in the area) above it. Easy to scan. New, new books to the left, issues that are recent as you go deeper, and back issues there beyond. They usually have new books that other shops in the area pull for subscribing die-hards and/or are sold out of. The place is small, sure. But they're expanding... and what's your ideal state? LESS comic book stores? You want eBay as THE source for your hobby? Knock yourself out, man... Planet comics is my go-to for new/recent comics. I go to Borderlands for the experience, and I go to Richard's for back issues and to talk comics. They're all valuable vendors and members of the community.”
