Greer Flooring recently installed new carpet in two bedrooms and an office. We want to sing their praises. Buddy Williams oversaw the project, was readily available if we needed him and followed up to ensure the job was done properly. He is professional and friendly. We greatly enjoyed working with him.
The installation crew, Alex, Alberto and Carlos, were great. They were professional, knowledgeable, detailed, hardworking.

Excellent service. I took a picture of flooring and the salesman helped me match it. To be sure it was correct they mailed a piece of tile from the pergo flooring selection. Best service ever!

We are so happy with our experience. Jacob was great to work with and provided us a quote in a timely manner to have our hardwood floors refinished. Mauricio did an amazing job, our 100 year old floors are beautiful. Marci followed up to ensure we were satisfied.

Our experience at Greer Flooring was great and educational. Greer was our first estimate and it was sticker shock. Our second estimate was much less to start. What we learned was Greer estimate was much better with all possible problems accounted for so the estimate was high but the second estimate although started less it would have ended up much more with after charges for problems found after they started. SO all though Greers estimate started higher it ended up lower than the second estimate we got. We were very pleased with the quality of the material and craftsman ship of the installer. They left our home project complete with no mess. The explained every thing from the start I cant say enough good things about our experience. We Will highly recommend Greer Flooring to anyone who need flooring done. Thank you Greer Flooring

My wife has been wanting a new floor for almost 20 years. She finally got her wish. It was great working with Jacob and the rest of the crew. We love the new vinyl floor. Except for some plumbing issues in the downstairs bathroom (that was not caused by the crew) and a few minor communication issues, having the new floor installed was a wonderful experience. We plan to recommend Greer Flooring to our neighbors and friends. Thank you.

Greer Flooring saved us! Let me tell you what happened. We originally decided to go through Home Depot for our flooring needs. We ordered in July 2024. We went through so many steps of measuring, ordering, shipping, scheduling, and installation. It was very inefficient. We had to wait to for the flooring to be shipped before the 3rd party installer would be called to schedule. So the day they came out they stopped what they were doing and canceled because they said the concrete floor had to be leveled first. That would cost more. They recommended sheet vinyl so I went to the store to look at some and they said that I had to wait for the refund of all the money before reordering. That’s inefficient. Days went by and no money refunded. Come to find out they put in another order for sheet vinyl even though I hadn’t ordered it and said that I owed them $700. Apparently sheet vinyl is more expensive. I abruptly canceled and waited on my refund which came four different times instead of all at once. My mother in law told me about Greer Flooring and I talked to Brandon (the man!) and within a day he measured the floor and by that Monday I had a quote. It included luxury vinyl and floor leveling and came out $300 cheaper. They were efficient, timely, quick, and really nice people as well. I will recommend Greer Flooring to everyone.

I contacted Greer Flooring to pull up the carpet in my office and hopefully match the LVT in the rest of the area. Here's all I have to say:
The first gentleman I spoke with was great. He came out to measure and got me a quote quickly.
The guy that came out to install was also great. We had good conversation and he got the job done a little sooner than he originally stated.
The price was very comparable.
The matching of the LVT looks like it was all done at the same time!
We are very satisfied customers!

If only every renovation experience was this seamless! Greer Flooring removed wall to wall carpeting in the lower level of our home and replaced it with LVP. Brandon was extremely helpful and friendly from the moment I walked into the showroom to following up after the job was complete. Dan and Vlad's team of carpet removers/flooring installers did a fantastic job and the new floors look beautiful. They even got started with the carpet removal a day early because they had the afternoon available. Pricing was very reasonable too. 100% recommend Greer Flooring!

They did a great job with our stair runners! Bobby was outstanding and helped us from start to finish with the entire process. The installer was phenomenal, attention to detail and craftsmanship was exceptional.

We are very happy with Greer Flooring! We have had them come to our home several times for different projects and have been happy with all of their work. Sean and Kayla especially did excellent work with our hardwood flooring and the tile installers also did a super job. We have never had any issues. Our salesperson Reuben Thiele patiently worked with us and was available anytime we needed to contact him. He is very adept with estimating, I am amazed! I can't speak highly enough about Greer Flooring and would not hesitate to recommend them.

They did a wonderful job of stripping off carpet and replacing it with commercial vinyl flooring in my 5000 square foot store. Jimmy Brannan's crew with Brannan Commercial Flooring done an excellent job of removing the carpet and installing the new flooring.

Hi, my name is Christine Camp, the staff at Greer Flooring Center are great. From the 1st phone call to request a quote until the last piece of flooring was placed we were treated with care & respect. Kyle was the person that answered the phone that day I called for a quote. He handled everything & kept us up to date. When we went to the showroom to look at product. Kyle was out taking care of other costumers (which was just fine with us).
There was another associate there that saw to our needs (I can't remember his name, but I hope Kyle can.). I would like him to get noticed also. My husband is hard to impress & this guy impressed him. We received 3 estimates. We were sure that Greer would be by far the most expensive, but to our great surprise they were the best price (for the product we wanted). We didn't feel like we settled because of cost. The installers were Shane & Kayla the work they finished was the best. There was an issue with the kitchen floor concrete being wet (leaked through the old floor). Instead of just putting the new floor over the wet concrete Shane let us know at onec & told us he could not/would not put the new floors down until the concrete was dry. So we would not have future issues with the new product. If I could give Greer Flooring Center 10 stars ? I would.
We had initially gotten a quote from Empire Flooring. Gave them a down payment & all. When the installers came out the 3 of the guys walked into the 2 of the 3 rooms that were to be finished. Looked around walked out of our house staying on the phone in our front yard. After about like 30 minutes they got into their vehicle & left. Not one word was spoken to us. We figured that they were going to get something for the job. After about 2-2.5 hours (they didn't return). We called the main office & at that time we were told that the installers refused to pull up & remove the old carpet (r/t pet stains). This was part of the contract for the old carpet to be removed. We were told that we (the customer) would have to pull up & haul off the old carpet (I'm 65, my husband is 72 & in poor health). We at that time asked for our down-payment back. Then we got a number of calls asking us what they could do to make it right. I would like to say once more Greer Flooring Center is fantastic ? ? ?.
