The girls didn't get the double cow lick in the back of my son's head saying it was job insurance so I would come back in a week. I got a little upset that they continued to laugh and say it and I had to insist that they fix it.... I just didn't care for that.

I showed up before my appointment, but I believe this lady was the manager and pulled another customer who was behind me. If this location does not follow the Great Clips app, then it is no use to follow the app. I am highly disappointed and will go to a different Great Clip in the future.

ZERO STARS!!! I asked for them to fix my daughter's hair that was cut two days earlier somewhere else and they said they could even out the bangs and the front. I said not to do the back because she just cut off inches of her hair (her first real haircut) so the racist lady that was cutting the back when I was standing there kept cutting on the sides and cut the whole back off like a boy's haircut. My daughter gets mistaken for a boy because her hair was so hard to deal with before the original cut. I asked specifically to shorten her bangs and even out the FRONT ONLY. I said out loud to her when I was up front I don't want to do anything to the back. My daughter has very hard to manage hair and it curls in all different directions. So looks like the back of a pixie cut or a boys she cut it so short and at an angle! I saw her cutting the back and I said I don't want the back cut but she kept cutting because SHE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE BETTER. Her hair now looks ridiculous and grows very slowly. It's uneven and looks like she has bald spots on the back they mentioned shaving it to blend it in like she was not happy with the back of her head so she decided to not listen to me and do whatever she wanted. Looks terrible and curly with an undercut. I told her to stop and she wouldn't (she was making it even?? I asked multiple times to stop messing with it she did the front already so she was DONE and should've STOPPED LIKE I ASKED! Manager didn't care. I called the 1-800 number and they said the Owner of this location will call me within 24 hours. That was 6 days ago. THAT LADY WAS SO RUDE AND DID WHAT SHE WANTED NOT WHAT I ASKED. She should be FIRED AND NOT CUT A WHITE PERSONS HAIR OR NEEDS TO LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER!!! She was taking under her breath saying something like " crazy white Bit**!!!! " rolling her eyes saying it's not shorter than when I came in? Like she didn't do anything wrong?!? But she was doing a lot of cutting at different angles and did not stop! I have pictures of her previous cut from 2 days prior and it was all even on the back. Now my daughter looks like a boy with crazy weird curls at all different lengths as the "stylist" decided she needed layers??? She was super rude and racist!!! I was crying all night trying to "fix it" by parting and trying to brush it differently but nothing works. I can't "STYLE THIS CUT ON HER!" Tried everything but her hair does what it wants so this IS THE WORST KIND OF CUT FOR HER HAIR! I'm so upset still and she looks like a boy and how is it going to look as it grows? Terrible like growing out any pixie cut or super short layered (uneven) back!!! Terrible experience and it's not going to look okay or right for a long time! So terrible!
