First, I do want to say that this is the first time I have ever been in this situation at this particular food lion. Secondly, everything was out of stock. Literally. Everything I needed was out of stock. When I got in the store, prices were different than online when I did a shopping list. Also some things were not even on the shelf, like they didn't carry them.
My biggest issue was the deli. I went to get lunch meat sliced and specifically told the lady, I need xyz. She didn't cut what I needed. Instead it was completely the opposite. Brand and flavor. When I brought it to her attention, she wanted to argue with me. I told her nevermind I'd just pay the extra for what she cut. But now that I think about it, I work hard for my money and shouldn't have to "settle" for what I want to eat. Anyway, they definitely need to step up their stock game.

This is our 'go-to' market. Prices are better than Harris Teeter or Publix. Food is fresh, and at least once a week, they have a killer sale on beef.
I got 3 huge ribeyes for $27.

Very unfavorable customer service, if you need assistance, you are already in difficulties, because you have to interrupt the pleasant conversation of the workers so that they can assist you, a disaster

Stopped in for 2 things, staff was very helpful but aluminum trays/pans were $9/each! Yikes. Good thing they were nice. Dollar tree for 1.25 for the win.
