FedEx is a lying lazy sad excuse for a delivery service. I paid to have important $3,000 medicines overnighted and signed for and the driver lied about coming to our front door, never left a note, said delivery was attempted when it clearly was not (we were home and waiting), never notified me of this (I had to look for the info online). We were told we would have to drive out for our package at 5 (so what am I paying for here??) because it had been returned to the local fedex hub but somehow it wasn’t there either! Somehow it was back on a truck for a PM route that still wasn’t driving to our house. Then they made us drive to a Walgreens where the driver was going to leave our package.
Honestly, FedEx has some of the dumbest laziest people.
Apparently this is common though. Do us all a favor and go out of business.

Severely disappointed in the service with my most recent Spectrum order. Two IPhones and an Apple Watch, all scheduled for delivery between 10:50am and 2:50pm. I work a full time job and took the day to be here for the mandatory signature. Not a huge deal as my boss is willing to allow such a thing.
I get an email at 9:54 that an attempt has been made. Keep in mind that I am here. I check immediately as I’ve heard no truck, no knock, no doorbell ring, not camera notification from my doorbell or side door. There is no sticky note with directions, time, location. Nothing. So I check my ring camera and watch the last recorded event and it’s my yard guy the day before.
So not only did I take off work for absolutely nothing, but they lied about the attempt. To make matters worse, there is no attempt to give me any details about reason for the delay. I don’t appreciate being lied to and dismissed when my concern is genuine. I’m a patient person but don’t lie when I ask you if I can speak with dispatch for my area. I haven’t been able to speak to the first person who is in my area. All calls have been forwarded over seas. I’ve worked for UPS as a driver and this customer experience is not acceptable at UPS. If I could have chosen my delivery options, I would have.

Wow…very friendly and helpful. If you take a package here it will ship out in plane same day!!! Good to know. Go directly to airport…didn’t know they had a store. Easy access. Entrance off 101

Your delivery driver Scott Weathers was very professional and committed to his job to see that I received my package today.
It was Birthday present that I had to receive today and he went above and beyond to make sure that I received it today.

Second time using FedEx because their prices are much better for larger packages, and the staff is always so cheerful, pleasant and helpful. A stark contrast to those at some of the alternative shipping service locations.

They do not offer print services here & they claim their computer system doesn't work either. If you need to ship a package, go somewhere else!!

FedEx has always been the worst when it comes to getting deliveries. I don’t know what it is but there’s almost always an issue when trying to get a package. Delivery was attempted and they left a note. I went to the app and signed for my package to be released so I wouldn’t need to leave a signature on the door. Delivery attempt #2, same driver comes up to my house, walks out and sees no paper on the door, rolls his eyes and shakes his head and goes back to his truck and gets another paper and circles all over the note saying to sign the paper even though the package was already signed for. Tried talking to him through the doorbell camera but he wouldn’t respond. Call FedEx about the issue and they apologize and confirmed the package was already signed for so he should have delivered it and told me it would be delivered before 1pm. Get a call from someone saying they’re from FedEx, possibly the driver, stating it would be delivered on that day. I said thank you and they hung up. Guess what wasn’t delivered? It’s now 7pm so I check the app and see it’s back at the shipping center. Call FedEx again. Again they apologize and tell me they’ll attempt to deliver the following day. Let’s hope the 3rd time is the charm with these people. Note to everyone, avoid FedEx if possible.
