Easy and fast; however l was disappointed that l was charged for a 6:45 am rental car return when in fact l returned the car at 4 am. The time set to return the rental was set for 4:30 am.You had an after hours drop box which we dropped the keys in, so l don't understand how you came to the conclusion that the rental car was dropped off at 6:45!

The worst experience. My husband tried renting a car there and they were refusing to grant the rental since he was using debit. He had a return ticket and it met the guidelines of using debit. The lady manager working enterprise on 13/06/22 at 7am was disrespectful and wasted our time. Our trip was delayed because of this matter.

Easy rental experience. The car we rented wasn't big enough for the kids and all of our suitcases, so the Enterprise reps quickly got me a larger vehicle to help us on our way. I will continue to rent from Enterprise.

I rented a car at Enterprise at 501 West Gate City Blvd in Greensboro NC from 11/30/2023 to 12/4/2023. The vehicle was a Chevy Malibu approximately 55k miles. As I was driving home to Atlanta, I was looking for the temp display and ran across that the oil life was 10%. Upon returning back from Atlanta on 12/4, the CHECK ENGINE light came on and the RPM/engine was stalling a bit. I called roadside and was advised to stop by the closest Enterprise for a swap. The closest one was located at GSP in Greer SC. The Enterprise representative wanted to do a quick check before the swap and he stated that there are a bent on the corner of the passenger side door. After he checked my account he stated that the damaged was noted per the location during my pick up. But he wanted to add that there were minor damage to the bumper and that it’s not normal for this wear on tear for the year of the car. Fast forward I received an email from the Damage Recovery Unit stating a claim has been filed. Beyond pissed is an understatement. Not only did I not even ask for a credit, you gave me faulty car with no upkeep of the car hence why the check engine light came on and oil was at 10% to begin with. I want to ask, is it normal for a 55k miles car to have the check engine light on stalled to the engine? In no way at any given time was the car was damaged. I didn’t drive the car for 2/4 days since my fiancé got a new car and we drove her car most of the weekend as she didn’t work until Sunday 12/3/2023. This was a cluster to even begin and most unprofessional way to address a situation where a faulty car was given to a customer with clear issues that arise. And not only did you not make it right, you escalated by filing a petty claim for a faulty car. I have sent an email to your headquarter office and sent the same letter to my insurance/lawyer. This is not acceptable.

No walk around for the car I rented and I'm very glad I took the time to check it myself. Lots of damage I would have been blamed for when I turned in the car. It only had about 9900 miles on it, but it was in rough shape. I went back to the desk, basically got a "whatever it happens" attitude, nobody cared, too busy staring at their cell phones bored. Avoid renting here unless you have to, and make sure you thoroughly inspect the vehicle you get. I used the Greer Enterprise a few months ago with a much better experience.

Always great customer service at Enterprise, but my rental car had an Air Bag light on. I swapped vehicles the next day since I didn't want to be driving around with a defective air bag. The next vehicle also had a dashboard light on, this one for a defective blind spot monitoring. The vehicle drove fine, but it's unfortunate that a rental car fleet has failing safety features on their vehicles being rented out.

I had an excellent experience renting a premium SUV from Enterprise at GSP. The vehicle I rented was in first class condition. Also, all of the representatives that I encountered were top-notch people. They are five star, too! Thank you Enterprise at GSP!

Rented from the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport location. The customer service was always professional, they communicated well, and was very kind. The vehicle drop off process was quick and easy.
