Me my wife and my son went in store to get washing soap and wife told me she forgot her phone for Digital coupon so I went out to get her phone I came back in to give her the phone and my son needed to use the bathroom .. lady at caught us and said what are you doing like we are stealing no .. we went out to get my wife’s phone she said ya sure you did .. I asked he can use the bathroom and she said no you can’t in a rude voice .. and she said u can’t use it because of this .. because of what .. I come to that dollar store all the time I live 5 minutes away been coming there for 10 years now .. but I will not come no more after this .. she said she the manager so act like one . Don’t act like I was stealing because aren’t doing that . Just buying some soap .. very wrong what she did to us

It's 8:45am on a Friday. The doors are locked. Hours are 8-10 so either someone is late or the single car in the parking lot belongs to the employee hiding out in the store.

Please ask employees to listen to customers. I know they're stressed, because most haven't been here but a few days, but it's understandable when people decide to go elsewhere.

The hours of this place are so unreliable. One day they operate normal business hours and some days they don’t open until 11 am. I live up the street from this store and the unreliability of this location creates a lot of frustration. It has gotten so bad that I am refusing to step foot back into this place and waste my money. If corporate would actually pay a living wage and fix the A/C in the building then they might actually be able to have the man power to open on time and stay open until the closing time that is listed on google. This place is a complete joke, I urge you all to go spend your money at Walmart because at least Walmart gives their employees A/C when it’s 100 degrees outside.
