I drive 13 miles to have service at Dick Brooks. Bought our car new from a dealer that is about 3 miles away, buy experience was bad and dismal service. Will buy from Dick Brooks next time!

We had an awesome experience from the time we walked in the door. Kayla Pack was our salesman and she is amazing. She was super helpful and answered all of my questions. She was very patient and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Mark Dowling was great at making sure I got my payments where I needed them and that I got the most for my trade. Larry "the waterboy" is awesome! He made sure we had coffee and water and constantly checked to see if we needed anything. He has such a great personality and is an asset to the dealership. Rowena in financing went over everything and was very informative and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend Dick Brooks Honda. Everyone went above and beyond to help me. They were so good that my son and his fiancé came to see my car and bought one too!!

I am very pleased to be able to say that Dick Brooks Honda in Greer, SC, is a great place to not only buy a new car, but also to have it serviced. I bought my CRV in November of '22 and just had it serviced for the second time early this week. The service department is clean, well-run, efficient, and quite impressive. And the folks who work there impress me - favorably - too!

very pleased with my experience here. with my unique situation, they did everything they could to help me buy my first car! they also valued my trade in more than any place that i went to. kayla was my sales person, and i totally recommend her! i’m very excited to return to the dealership in the future for routine maintenance as their establishment is top-notch! 100% recommend this place.

Sales Consultant, Richie Sands, went above and beyond on Friday. Loved the color of my new CRV he picked out! So appreciative of his time and patience. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The Finance Manager, Rowena, was so professional and nice. And, I really enjoyed the little tour she gave me at the end.
