The DHL team in Greer are always amazing to work with. I ship internationally almost every week and Holly and her team are always ready to help. With all the different hurdles in international shipping, it is great to have the guidance and experience that this DHL team provides every shipment. Holly in particular has been awesome and has helped me every shipment.

Please know that the following concern was answered by a DHL Manager, who said he would look into it. That's all I wanted. Thank you!
A DHL driver cut across traffic in the intersection, causing a dangerous situation. It happened a few cars in front of me, so I couldn’t get the van # or license plate. Customer Service could not help, and didn’t have a phone # for dispatch or logistics (to find out which driver/van it was). Then I went thru all sections of the website for a way to contact the company privately. This is the only spot to let anyone know. Sorry it’s public. Feel free to remove this post—just wanted someone to know. Incident was on 9/26/24, 5:06pm, intersection of Hwy 14 and Harts Lane, Simpsonville, SC. Thanks

unfortunately, there are no negative stars otherwise I provide. Please avoid DHL at all costs especially for business use.
Deliveries to an office are always attempted after hours. Customer service is help and clueless as they one can right emails. As the service points apparently have no phone numbers.
Service is a joke. You have better luck sending pigeons to get your documents on time.
Please avoid.

Twice my package was labeled as unable to deliver. And when I called and asked why I was told it was due to the workload of the driver. When I pay extra money for a faster express delivery to ensure a certain delivery date, I expect to receive the service that I paid for! Definitely the worst courier service out there!

DONT know why people talk so bad about DHL from the time i went thru the gate until i went back thru empty was about 45 minutes friendly reciever and staff that i delt with ...no issues.....the ones that complain are cry baby steering wheel holders

Literally terrible, said my package would be here between 4pm-6pm but it circled all around my town, then it said it had 1 more stop and stopped 5 minutes from my house and then drove 30 minutes south away from my house, then literally passed my house to go back to base in greer. Their delivery schedule/route makes no sense, not time efficient and utterly worthless.Edit: then I got a text saying that they couldn’t deliver because no one was home! LIARS! I was home sick all day from work, I have cameras proving they never came! I even signed a signature release so they wouldn’t even need me to be home!

I would give 0 if I could. Never use DHL. They don't even know how to deliver to the correct place also don't even knock the door before they mark it as "StatusDelivery attempted but no response at Consignee address". I was literally sitting outside waiting for at least an hour. DO NOT USE DHL.
