Whoever Sarah is that works there has a very nasty attitude and is very rude. Bring someone who has worked in customer service/retail for 10+ years that is very unprofessional and should not be tolerated. As for her, work of your customer service skills and lose the attitude. As for Deal Deport DO BETTER IN CHOOSING YOUR EMPLOYEES.

I purchased a 2016 ford focus on May 9, 2024. Just in 2 months and 2 weeks of having this vehicle, it’s now going on its third transmission. This car has been so unreliable and so inconvenient. I’m thankful it’s still covered under warranty, which is a 50/50 warranty. I wasn’t really financially ready for car troubles when the first issue arose which wasn’t even a month after purchasing the vehicle. I was still trying to save up after purchasing a vehicle, but I made it work. Here we are 5 days before my birthday, and the car needs another transmission. Not only will I not be having a vehicle at all on my birthday, I won’t be going on vacation which I had planned for my birthday. My vacation money is going straight to repairs. So in less than 3 months I’ve racked up $1,481 in repair costs. I’m fortunate they have worked with me and offered me the option to pay half the cost when picking up the vehicle from repairs and adding $20-$25 each time I make a car payment til the debt is paid off. I do want to end this statement by saying Deal Depot has done everything they are legally required to do. I signed the paperwork and agreed to the terms, but going forward I will never purchase a vehicle without a full warranty. This situation has been disappointing and a learning lesson as far as I’m concerned.

These guys are thiefs! I had paid 10k on a jeep and was right at halfway paid off. Then I lost my insurance because we were switching companies and they came and picked up my car. Then told me I couldn’t get my car back. Said becusse I was late a few times they didn’t want to do business. Mind you I was never over a month late. They did weekly payments and I’m used to monthly so I would be a few weeks late every now and then but nothing extreme.
Then Tim the account manager had the audacity to tell me if I gave him $1500 they would give me the car back but the $1500 doesn’t go twords my bill automatically but at the end of the term. And if I was a day late or a dollar short they would keep the $1500 and the 10k I’ve already gave them for the car.
100% scam car dealership and currently have a lawsuit pending because of this.
Do not I repeat Do Not buy from them!!

This is my second time buying a car from deal depot and my first experience was great, I had no issues whatsoever. My husband and I went to deal depot in May(in a Uber) and we got a Chevy Equinox and we drove the car and seems as if everything was good. Ok 3 days later after getting the car our engine light was on and I talked with the manager(he's no longer employed there). We took it to Auto zone to get a diagnostic tests and it showed several things wrong. The car would jerk and shake at a red light and reduce engine power mode would pop up. So we took it in and they "fixed it".. Long story short I am still having the same issues and the car has been in their shop 3x and I've taken it to jiffy lube 2x . I have gotten new plugs, throttle fixed, you name it it's been done and the car should run like a new car, well it's not. This car has really caused a lot of stress and headache because we depend on this car to get my husband back and forth to work, we have to allow the car to sit up for a day or two just to drive up the street if not it will start to shake, jerk and won't drive pass 20 miles. My husband has had a mild stroke due to stress and having to deal with so much concerning this car and they keep saying bring it in, why should I when it has been to the shop with the same issues and it's still happening. We just want a reliable car. We have no other car to drive and it's so much that has happened concerning this issue and the amount of stress we have been dealing with is ridiculous... But as soon as u miss a payment they blowing your phone up. I understand it's a used car lot, I'm not stupid, and I think it's unfair. I do not feel safe driving the car because I do not want to be stranded. They tell me the car hasn't been in the shop for the same thing which is a lie because if I'm telling you that the car is shaking and jerking and I bring it in to get it fix then a few days later it's doing the same exact thing, so technically it's going for the same thing because that's what I've been complaining about since the beginning. I don't want to deal with lawyers and all that but at this point Its like I have no other choice. All I want is a reliable car. That's it, that's all.

I came in knowing what kind of car I wanted and they helped me drive it off with no problem . I just want to thank Rhonda and the whole Deal Depot staff for the great customer service . I highly recommend any and everyone to come here to get a car if you want one . They even have someone for insurance if you don’t know who to choose for insurance . Not to mention they offer you snacks and drinks while you wait . That’s great customer service . ??? I am very happy wit my purchase . Thanks again guys

Let me start off by saying this is going to be the most honest and rawest review ever with pictures and i had a video but can’t post it. First Diego is the BEST salesman this company has and he honestly makes your car buying experience worth while. Now for the real! If you need a car and your credit isn’t the best and you don’t have a lot to put down this place is for you. But keep in mind, you get what you pay for. I have bought 3 vehicles from Deal Depot my very 1st one was perfect. No issues. Now the 2nd and 3rd is where the issues started. My 2nd vehicle here was a Ford Edge and within a few weeks of having the vehicle I was told my powering steering was busted and was told it was being held together by zip ties (I had it replaced about $150 out of pocket no biggy.) Then a few weeks later the car kept turning off I was told by Tim that it was an issue that I had to get fixed on my own. Fine whatever I move one and eventually I traded in the car and got another one from an actual car lot. Boom fast forward I was in a bad accident and didn’t have a lot of money or time but I needed a car ASAP. I went back to Deal Depot because I knew I didn’t need a lot down and they’ll be flexible. I get a 2011 Jeep Compass (The Middle of November 2023). And 3 weeks later I’m having issues with my power steering again and I’m told the lines are completely rusted and busted and needs to be replaced (that makes car number 2 from here with the same issue). A few days later as I was driving down the road my passenger side front wheel started to shake really bad and make a weird noise as I was headed to work on 385. I get over to the slow lane from the middle so I could pull over and before I had a chance to stop the ENTIRE wheel flew off my car leaving me stranded on side the highway. Had to have the vehicle towed back to deal depot , was told it wasn’t covered and I had to pay to fix the wheel and other stuff. I didn’t argue they fixed it and we moved on. Lastly a few weeks after that the car started acting up again. I take it to a shop that I like and I was told that the chassis (look it up) is broken and this car is VERY unstable and going to kill me or others on the road. I call deal depot and demand a replacement vehicle because that is just scary and crazy and at this point I’m tired of this vehicle. Tim (we have a love hate relationship; great guy but has a bad attitude sometimes lol) tells me that they can fix the chassis but I’m going to have to pay for it. Very long story short come here if you must but be prepared for anything. Again you get what you pay for. I’m 50/50 would I get another car from here ? Yes but have it checked from front to back and from top to bottom.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience here our salesman Travis listed to everything we were looking for and got us into the perfect car and the sales manager Brent definitely went above and beyond I would recommend deal depot a million times over
