I went to get a full maintenance inspection done in my truck due to it having 70,000 miles but also because my check engine light was on. I was referred to the Quick lane center where I proceeded to spend $2200 on recommended repairs. Upon leaving, I still had the check engine light on and was told that I would need to go to the service center and pay $165 to have it DIAGNOSED? Why could that not have been included in the all points inspection and $2200 in maintenance? The fact that these 2 CENTERS (Service and Quick lane) RUN AS INDEPENDENT BUSINESSES, does NOT benefit the customer. It is actually a detriment to the customer to have to pay twice for what other service centers do in one location.

We recently purchased an F-150 and our total experience was 5-star. Our salesman, Randy Dunn was very helpful and we never felt pressured. All of the staff that we interacted with were absolutely the best. We highly recommend them.

Went for a oil change yesterday. They tried to sell me 630.00 worth of unneeded services. Showed me a copy of a maintenance schedule that was not for my car. I said I would think about it, went home and checked my owners manual. My car runs just fine. Crooked place! Do not go there,

I called the Service Dept. to get my 2011 Ford Escape in for service as we were having major brake issues and not being able to safely drive it. After being put on hold and disconnected 3 times I finally got to talk to the service department. I was told they could not get the car in for service until the second week in October, 6 weeks off. They told me if I needed the repair completed before that time I need to take it someplace else. I called Benson Ford in Easley and they got it in the next day, car had to be trailered to them because of the brake problems. D and D Ford has lost my business, it's something when they tell to go to the competitor. Looking to buy a new pickup this year when stock is available but it won't be D and D Ford.

People were nice however vehicle wasnt as described, missing a couple of features, I was taken aback when they told me where I could go and buy the navigation and sirius at my cost (they said that they could get me a discount) while still insisting on maintaining original price?? Didnt exactly have my interests in mind. Nice people though.

I had my one of my D&D Ford Motors purchased vehicles serviced at Quick Lane and as always it was quick and easy. In fact, it was PAYNEless. Dustin and Evan always do an amazing job! They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need & they always make me feel like I'm at home.

Bought a 2018 F-150 and it was fairly painless as far as car buying goes. Went in to buy used but with rebates & incentives the new one was a better deal. Mark my salesman was great. Finance guy, sorry can't remember his name, was pleasant. He of course tried to sell me protection packages, GAP insurance & an extended warranty all of which I declined. I noticed my APR seemed high and he "found" a coupon that lowered my interest 2% and lowered the Ford extended warranty by half. Pre delivery cleanup was spotty, but it was 5:00 on a Saturday so I get that. Overall 4 stars

Mike Smith was the best salesman I've had the opportunity to work with. We had some hiccups with a few items but he went more than the extra mile to make things right. We felt like he really wanted things to be right! It wasn't easy for him but he did a great job. Highly recommend him!! Thanks for your help.
