Chris Chambers, the pharmacy manager, is always working the drive-thru at the times when I pick up my medications and he is always unbelievably kind, professional, and has an amazing, positive attitude. I have major respect for the CVS pharmacists as I know how hard they work in such a customer demanding industry! Thank you Chris for being so kind and polite.

Extremely rude & unprofessional woman at front counter/register. What a miserable person for anyone to encounter!!!
I have talked with her face to face and on the phone and she is pathetic. I called recently asking for help on a photo order. Her response was I would have to figure it out on my own and then hung up on me. Unbelievable.

I came into the store to purchase the CVS brand Aleve D which is listed online at 13.99 and states it cannot be picked up, same day delivery, or shipped. The only option is in store only, so I drove to the store and was met with a price that was not as advertised online. I advised the checkout girl of this and she basically stated the price was the price and she could not change it and that I was going to purchase as is or not. Also that the price was the online price and that I would have to purchase online. So I asked for a manager because I knew there was no option to purchase this online, being that it is pseudoephedrine and you have to show ID to purchase. The person she went and grabbed, but never identified herself as the manager, came up spewing the same madness even after I showed her there was no option to purchase this online in any way shape or form. And stated she could not modify the price because it was behind the counter. And I knew that was madness as well, it’s not a prescription with the cost set by the manufacturer your store set the price and can even list these items for sale if they choose to. So I decided to leave the item and go purchase elsewhere, where they honor their prices as listed. I am posting this review but will also be calling corporate. If your employees truly cannot change the price they need to learn a more courteous way of saying this and two they need to stop directing customers to do things like purchase the item online when that is NOT AN OPTION in this case. Please please educate your employees in customer service and your online products and services. Maybe CVS 101????

This 5 star review is specifically for the guy who was at the checkout at around 1:30pm on 03/08/24 he assisted with the passport photo for my daughter. She's an autistic 2 year old so instructions can sometimes be difficult especially in new settings. The manager was very helpful but the guy behind the register who bought her coloring books and unicorn stickers and made squeeky noises on the side to get the picture right was an angel! I was really about to give up and very flustered feeling like we were frustrating everyone but he came through with such a calm spirit. Thank You so much I really appreciate you.

Very unprofessional attitude in the phone service the pharmacist lady doesn't want to hear what we are saying while ordering the prescription. She needs to evaluated and educated by her supervisor to handle customer with some sort of politeness. We are paying for the medication not that we are getting it for free.

Doctor called in 4 prescriptions. One they did not have on hand but neglected to tell us when we picked them up. Once we discovered that the prescription was missing, we searched other drug stores and found a Walgreens with inventory. We asked CVS to transfer the prescription. After over 4 hours and several call backs, the prescriptionhas finally been transferred. Also, the CVS pharmacist said that the prescription was transferred to the wrong Walgreens but Walgreens had no record in their system so the CVS pharmacist clearly lied. You should be able to trust your pharmacist but this CVS is totally untrustworthy.

Have been using it for years. Recently found that now there are so short staffed that it takes days to get my Hydrocodone. I have chronic pain from rheumatoid Arthritis, scoliosis and spinal Stenosis. I will be changing pharmacies. I must get my meds in a timely fashion. Their excuse is that the pharmacist themselves must count out that medication. I’ve been waiting 4 days. Totally unacceptable.
