Until today I have always been happy with the Greer location. We have 7 lines with you. I brought my old phone in to have it activated for my brother-in-law. I was trying to get a case for a moto 5g stylus (2021/2022) phone which we had with us. She wouldn’t even see if it would fit before purchasing. After I paid for it we tried to put the phone in the case and the case was too short. I asked for my money back since we had not even left the store yet and was told that no refunds on accessories. Nicole kept insisting because it said stylus that it would work. So now I’m stuck with a case that I can’t use.

Great service. I brought my grandfather to the cricket store in Greer, his phone was about to give up. When we arrive the rep there Jenifer, was very helpful and sweet. When we first got there her system was not working. She advised up it was “company wide” this was on 12/1 around 10:30 a.m. my grand was nervous because she couldn’t sell him a phone due to the system and on top of that, his phone was 3% from giving out and not working anymore. Luckily I had a spare phone. Jenifer explained that we could put his sim in that device therefore he could still have a working phone until the system came back up. Jenifer also provided my grandpa with her telephone number, so she told him that she would keep trying the system. Once it came back she would call him and make this a fast process once he came back. Within 30 minutes she was calling. He went back to the store and he was in and out within 5 minutes satisfied with not only the phone, but with the service and hospitality Jenifer showed him from the beginning of the sale all the way to the little bumps they had to get his device. Overall I recommend the service there specifically if the young lady name Jenifer is there. Very attentive sweet young lady.

I had been receiving text messages about the impending 3-g shutdown and that I now qualify for a FREE phone. So I came to this location to inquire about the free phone. There was only one person working and I did not catch her name. I can describe her as approximately 5 ft, with dark hair and very talkative. She briefly glanced at the text message that I received. And told me that yes the phone would be free however I must purchase approximately $75 worth of accessories to get the deal. She talked on and on about different phones etc. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do at the moment so I thank her and left. A short time later I went to make a call on my cell phone and it rerouted me to Cricket customer service. They want to make sure you that you are aware of the impending shutdown. So I allowed to call to go through the customer service. The customer service rep started to tell me about the free phone that I qualify for. I then told her that I had just returned from the Cricket store and they told me that yes the phone was free however I needed to spend $75 on the accessories to get it. The customer service rep said I am not aware of this qualification that you were told about. And it says nothing about $75 worth of accessories on your account. She advised me to return to the store and request my free phone. I decided to go back to the Cricket store however I went to a different location. And I told the rep. exactly what the first store person told me and simultaneously she and the store manager said WHOA!! The store manager came up to me and told me that cricket employees are commission-based. And that whomever I had spoken with before may have thought that they could get a quick sale out of me and that's why they told me what they did about purchasing $75 worth of accessories. I was completely infuriated with this information!!! And thankful that they are still honest people out here willing to do and say the right thing to help another fellow human. I have four lines with this company. And even if it was the last or left on Earth I would never give a dime of my money to the Cricket Wireless that is located in Greer as long as me talkative lady still works there. And just in case you were wondering, yes I did get my free phone from an honest Cricket employee at a different location.

I put 1 star just cause i cant put no stars bit awful completely awful customer service in that store. Advocate named Ken. Dont know what there doing over there. Very bad and negative attitude. Should check your employees!!!!!!

I have an Android phone, it's stopped taking calls .when I came here, they are was told to change the phone because I don't have 5 g internet, I'm shocked, I don't want to change my phone, and they didn't advise me anymore !!!
