Super amazing service and 100 percent satisfied customer. I called my salesman Mr. Ernest Jones worked the deal with me over the phone, I hopped on a plane and was picked up at greer airport by a driver provided by the dealership! When I arrived I was in and out in an hour and back home by 7pm. These are honest and diligent salesman who I would definitely trust to buy another vehicle from! Super satisfied with my 2016 nissan maxima! Thank you Mr. Ernest Jones!

I recently bought a 2017 ram 1500 four-wheel drive truck from these people.as is ..within 16hrs I noticed two problems .a ball joint and air bag light.i know what as is means .however it was my hope they would make it right.they refused to work with me.point out it was as is and my bad luck.they refused to fix it.said i was on my own.they wouldnt be any help.not something I'd expect to here them. Say to someone who just went 6years in debt. The service manager wasnt the most pleasant person I've ever spoken to. he was slightly demeaning to me. i don't recommend buying from them.the sales people were nicer then service department.overall my safaction rating is a (0).

Update 2: Sales Manager figured out my phone number to attempt sale. Don't even think he apologized. Did not seem to understand that his salesmen needed to br counseled for mishandling sale. No problem, I don't need to buy truck from you. Thanks
Update: So, let me get this straight. You want me to call your sales manager to help you with your business when your salesperson, Mr. Shell, clearly couldn’t care less about selling a $50k+ truck? Mr. Shell has had my contact information this entire time, and I’m sure I’m also in your contact management system. Let’s be honest—your response to my review feels disingenuous at best, right?
Pic of Salesmen's card he texted me, so you understand clearly the guy was texting me!!! But you can't contact me, right? Phones broke?
Original Review - My recent experience with Fred Anderson Chevrolet Buick GMC was incredibly frustrating and quite frankly, one of the weirdest dealership interactions I’ve ever had. It felt almost like dealing with a front rather than a professional car dealership.
I found a truck on their website that had no price listed—it simply said, "Call for internet price." When I called, I couldn't get through to anyone in sales. I then submitted an online request form, expecting at least a confirmation of receipt, but I heard nothing. Later in the day, I tried using their online chat, where the agent promised that someone would call me back, but once again, no one did.
Determined to give them one last chance, I called the dealership directly and navigated through to a receptionist, who eventually transferred me to a salesperson, Richey Shell. I asked Richey for the price of the truck, but he was adamant about getting my personal details first. I just needed the price, but he continued pushing for information. When he finally gave me the price, it was at the absolute high end of retail for a truck with high mileage. When I asked if they could offer a better deal, he insisted that they always give their best prices upfront.
I told him I had a trade-in and sent him all the necessary details and photos, expecting a quick response as promised. However, because I refused to send a photo of my driver's license—insisting that could wait until I came in for a test drive—he completely ghosted me. He had my name, address, and phone number, but apparently, a photo of my license was a dealbreaker. I have terminal cancer and simply don't have time to waste on these kinds of games. Urgency clearly means nothing to this dealership.
I have never worked so hard to get a hold of a salesperson before in my life. The level of disinterest and poor communication at Fred Anderson Chevrolet Buick GMC is staggering. If this is how they handle potential sales, I can’t imagine how they treat customers after the deal is done. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Jonathan and Ernest were able to appraise my 2012 vehicle for above Kelly blue book value and I was able to trade and walk away with my dream truck. IT WAS EVERYTHING I WANTED IN A TRUCK! They gave me a great deal on the price and I knew I could trust them.

I traded in my Honda to get a nicer vehicle, and these guys made the process very easy and were straightforward with every piece of information throughout the whole process of purchasing my vehicle. Everyone I spoke with was very professional, were not pushy like other car salesman can be, and overall took very good care of my and my car needs. I am highly satisfied both with my car and the quality service this dealership provided.

Everyone was extremely kind, they got to me quick even though there was a line, they supplied me with a loaner on the spot, had great communication on when my car would be ready

Bought a new 2024 Escalade from Fred Anderson and noted a very small place in the paint on the edge of the door. They called me back and made an appointment to touch it up. My wife dropped the Escalade off on Monday they gave her an Equinox to drive (disappointed) as a loaner. They said it would be ready on Wednesday which I thought was to long but now I hope to get it back on Friday. They don’t do what they say they are going to do. Very disappointed in how this very small issue has been handled and how we have been treated after spending a lot of money with them.
Also when we test drove the new Escalade after 3 miles of driving it ran out of gas leaving us stranded on the side of the road. It took 30 minutes before someone showed up with some gas. Then he put the fill spout back in the glove box which made the whole car smell like gas. I should have walked away at that point.
The whole experience has been very unprofessional. I understand things happen but the lack of communication has been terrible.

Tony Bentley was my contact and was intentional in keeping within my budget. He gave me options on rides and payments. His polite professionalism was a welcomed experience. I can recommend Tony without hesitation.
