I drove there to get a possible estimate on my door handle that stopped working. The owner took a look at it and proceeded to fix it at no charge. The dealership wanted to charge me $270 just to "diagnose" the problem. I was blown away at the owners kindness. I know the business can't possibly fix everyone's vehicle issues for free, but this 62 year old lady is very appreciative.”

“Long story short...I went through some crap to get to Fred Andersons Collison center. I landed here as a THIRD attempt to get my car fixed after I hit a raccoon. I was using insurance and the collion centers in town refused to do an estimate, despite it being through insurance. Again, long story short Blaine was assigned to my vehicle and got me in and out with zero hiccups! I forget the woman at the desk name, but she was amazing and communicated throughly every step! Having gotten very opposite service from other places, I was amazed, and very thankful for their customer service and patience! I will definitely come back if needed in the future! Thank you Blaine!!”
