I was told to bring my storyteller to adventure motor homes because my alternator was not charging. So the technician Mike Wallace was very help full and a great attitude and awesome with seeing what was going on with my beast after hours on the phone with Volta come to find out that the alternator was bad and need to be replaced. I will be back to get the repair done and if I need any more work done adventure motor is where I’ll take it to.

Purchased a generator and Joey Sullivan, parts manager, was great to work with and he went above and beyond to help us. All the staff was friendly and professional. First time at this dealership and I highly recommend them for sales, parts and service.

My travel trailer is waiting at Bob Ledford’s for some extensive repairs. We were recently affected by hurricane Helene since we live in Western NC. We needed the full propane tanks on our travel trailer for our generator since we have no electricity at our home. We also needed some supplies. Joey was very accommodating by giving us access to our travel trailer. He also filled our empty propane tanks since there was no propane available due to the storm. Joey has turned a terrible situation into a bearable situation for us. We really appreciate his kindness! These are good folks at Bob Ledford’s. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my camping needs.

Had a great experience purchasing my camper here. Our Salesman, Josh M., was very helpful and not pushy at all. We described what size camper and features we wanted, and he took his time to show us every camper they had that would suit us. Browsing the available campers with him was like shopping with a very knowledgeable buddy. The finance department worked hard to get us approved at a good rate. The mechanic who installed our weight distribution hitch thoroughly explained how they work, and how to connect the trailer to the tow vehicle. Our walk through was with a different person who took his time to explain all the systems and the dos and don'ts of owning a camper. Had an overall great experience. No pressure, no pushy sales tactics, no hidden fees.

I bought my first camper this weekend here and I just want to say, this place is 5 star all the way!! Josh met us at the door, drove us around in the golf cart until we found our camper we wanted. He was so patient, curtious, and even provided ice water and first aid for my mom after she scratched her leg. Then Aaron went through every detail and showed me how to do all the maintenance and work everything from top to bottom on my camper. Paperwork was a breeze and absolutely no hassle. Thank you all so much for such a pleasant experience and all your help! If you are looking for a camper this is definitely the place to go!!

We bought our tiffin motor home from Bob Ledford adventure motor homes in 2019.
I was extremely impressed with them at the time. Every person we dealt with was helpful, honest and kind. We got to stay on the property because we live 5 hours away.
We had to bring it back for repairs later that year and again everything was top notch. They fixed everything in a timely manner.
Five years later our slide stopped working and we bought it back to them.
I can not express how grateful I am to Joey Cox for all he did for us. The motor home was fixed within two weeks like promised but my husband got sick and we were unable to pick it up. We called several times and offered to pay someone to bring it home but we were told we could leave it there until he was well enough to travel. It took us 4 months to get it and they never once complained. When we finally did get there they had the RV set up so we could stay the night on their property. Jonathan took us to our RV to make sure everything was ok. The next day Joey came to check on us and helped us .
adventure motor homes is a outstanding place . The people who work there are knowledgeable and caring. Everyone from the sales people all the way to the technical people they are all top notch!

Our slide outs were stuck in the out position. I had never been to Adventure Motorhomes. I found them because they were a dealer for my brand of RV. The service department spent a lot of time with me and was very helpful over the phone. I was able to get the slides manually cranked in but we were resigned to the idea that we had to cancel our trip to an important event. I was shocked when master technician Joey Cox said he would squeeze me in and see if he could fix it for me the same day! He diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly and we were able to make it to our event! We were blown away by this!! We are so appreciative of them. We will be costumers for life now!!

One of the best customer service experiences I have encountered in a long time. The owner reached out to me and provided me with insight about my purchase.Joey ,the top mechanic researched the problem I was having while giving me a tutorial and how to best trouble shoot when needed.

Drove 2 hours to go to a local football tournament. Then, I drove 1 hour to get here just to look at a camper they had in stock. I was able to look at Campers on the first day by myself towards the end of business hours. Everyone was super nice. I brought my wife back because I liked the Timberwolf 20' camper today. Evidently, I got here right at closing time. A guy was at the gate and gave me a WTH are you doing look. I stopped when I saw the sales guy I spoke with the day before. Who also knew I was interested in buying not one but 2 Timberwolf campers. He said we are closing and my manager is ready to go. So I said ok yall just lost 2 sales on some high end campers. Thanks, I'll go elsewhere now for sure.
