Great service and staff! Easy check-in and no long wait times. The array of options available to manage my pain was very impressive. My therapy was completed in half the time expected and I am pain free and back to doing my normal activities.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WNAT YOU PAIN TREATED! If you want to be told how you should feel and told you your pain is helping then this is the place for you. I was recommended ATI by my insurance and my doctor. The care was less then idea. I was rarely place with someone individually. The person in charge the of my exercise didn't seem to know what i should be doing the exercise progressively made my pain way worse. When I voiced my concerns they brushed me off and kept the same exercise. I was also often placed with persons who were interns and who made me do manny exercises that I was told that " you are too strong for these" when I received my bill it's was extremely high. I reached out and was told I was charged by exercise (which was not made clear before) not only was I pushed to the side each visit then I was charged an extremely inflated amount. When I tried to reach out multiple times to see if I could get an exactly itemized bill I was given the run around and then never contacted back. In addition to applying for financial aid and once again I was never responded to. I urge nobody to come here because nobody should be treated like they don't know their own pain and body.

All six of my therapists were highly skilled and professional. They each were good listeners and asked the right questions regarding my condition and progress.

Great experience with ATI.front desk is very friendly and helpful and the therapist are very experienced and knowledgeable. They explain everything and have many options.Main Goal. They take the pain away.

First-time Patient today (15 Dec 2022): The staff I had contact with were all friendly, professional, & competent -- from the Receptionist to the PT Technicians. My tech, Jenny Paola Avellaneda, was GREAT, especially for my first-time visit -- she is friendly, confident, & her physical therapy communications are very good (clear, easy to understand technical directions), AND, as a BIG bonus, she's a very good Motivator. 5 STARS on the 1st Visit!!

Thé ATI facility at Greer Memorial is staffed by friendly and professional people willing to listen and help in any way they can. Sally, my intake therapist was very good at assessing my needs and getting a good plan going.Two sessions with Heather were extremely helpful. She was prepared, sensitive to my needs, and made sure to keep things progressing

I started going before CNN my knee surgery and have continued afterwards. Michael has done a great job of getting me back to where I need to be with movement. I’m not finished yet, but getting closer everyday. They are easy to work and easy to make and change appointments.

Courtney is wonderful. She is patient and makes sure that I am doing my exercises correctly. Everyone is very nice especially the receptionist when I go in at 7am and see her she always addresses me personally. Which makes you feel special. Thanks

I've been a patient at ATI Greer (Medical Parkway) at various times in the last 11 years, and the therapists and their assistants have all been extraordinary. This is a wonderful practice, and a real gem in a sea of physical therapy practices. Sandra at the front desk is amazing. Everyone at this practice seems to genuinely care about one another, which gives the practice a family-like feel. The PTs and Assistants also collaborate with one another to give patients the best care available. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs physical therapy in the Greer/Lyman/Wellford area and beyond.

I had a very bad case of vertigo, and the vestibular therapist, Megan (and Staci who works with her) were so patient and kind and most of all helpful. The exercises Megan supplied me with are great, and I do them daily if possible. After about 8 weeks, I am finally driving again and feel pretty much back to normal. Everyone at ATI was so friendly and professional. I would go back again!

Wow, this place is phenomenal in patient services, in patient care, in patient kindness, in patient all around needs. The entire staff from the administrative dept to the maintenance dept all show unconditional care for their patients and are all full of joy love and laughter for their patients. They all listen with dedication to your healing and I couldn't be at a better PT facility. Unfortunately SC is not known for their healthcare but I can say this place is highly recommended from my healthcare in SC. Thank you to each and everyone of you for your attention that you provide me and all your other patients.?❤️☀️??
