Why is it that pretty much every Aldi’s we go into the workers have no personality or customer service. say they don’t have personality and Checking out is like going through a production/assembly line.
The selection on products we use are good.
Wish the personalities matched their products.
They don’t even smile. ??♀️??♀️
Come now… not even a smile!?!
Makes me wonder how they are trained.

Terrible about managing the register. They have 2 self check outs and 1 register. So if you don't feel comfortable about using self check out don't go to this store. Because no one will ever come to the register. I waited forever and probably would still be waiting if I hadn't gone to the back of the store to ask one of the employees if anyone was going to operate the register. And it's not the first time it's happened to me at this particular store, every time I've been there. Won't be going back, if a store can't serve their customers.

Low prices, low quality. 50/50 chance to find the items on the shopping list late in the day. After few years of studying the stores, Aldi stocks the shelves once a day.
