I have used ALAMO on two occasions this year at GSP airport and their customer service has been top-notch both times. The vehicles are clean, great car models, and staff is always courteous. I will continue to give them my business.

My experience with Alamo was great. Customer service was friendly and I didn't have to wait in a long line for service. My car was clean and comfortable. Pick up and drop off was easy at the Greenville/Spartanburg airport. I have used Alamo for years. It's my favorite rental car service.

I'd give them a negative amount of stars because they told us we just had to pick up the car and then they tried to give us more fees for no reason and then we canceled it in person.they said the money would be back on the card. Then they tried to see why it wasn't on the card and they said we were a no show. Do not use them ever!!!! Go to enterprise. (Spoke with support and they could not do anything and they also said that their supervisors do not talk on the phone. Never heard of that before.) All they do is give you the run around and lie, lie and cover up with more lies. $480 spent and no car and no refund. I will never use them again and highly recommend anyone to use any other company. Enterprise was the ones that helped us and got us rite in a car.

I had booked a rental car for several days through hotwire. Check in was fine and the car was upgraded to an SUV as they ran out of sedans, which was great. No problems until returning the car. I was waiting in line to return the car when an employee said that I could just hand her the keys and she would take care of the car... well, she never checked the car back in and it was not inventoried until 2 days later so they charged me for an additional 2 days that I did not have the car. I had to call 3 times to get this resolved. The first time I called was after they charged me for an additional day saying it was not checked back in and was still in open status. They said they would fix it and then I got charged for a 2nd day. The manager did call to fix this but I never received my refund so I had to call AGAIN a week later to get my refund processed. If the return was done correctly I would have given them 5 stars, however, this was ridiculous.

I purposely look for an Alamo rental when booking my rental car from GSP solely for Krystal. She is amazing always a bright smile and pleasant conversation. She goes out her way to make sure the car type is efficient for my traveling needs. My car is always clean and in top shape.

Fast easy pickup and drop off at two different airports at a way better price than other major companies. Got exactly the color and make of minivan from online reservation! First time using Alamo and we are very pleased highly recommend

Great price. Customer service people are polite. Car was ready when promised. Inside windshield needed cleaning and tires were under inflated.

Got a decent car and overall pleased.. but I paid and let them pick my car. they had upgrades available but told me they cannot pick a nice car and only what they have leftover (“most cars available”).

The lady at the desk was very unhelpful. She told me our reservation had been cancelled, even though we never cancelled. She said they were completely sold out of all cars and suggested we go to AVIS next door.

Requested a 4 wheel drive. They gave us a Nissan Titan 4WD. Sounded good, but very disappointing. First, the vehicle had 56k miles on it and was definitely worn out. Secondly, I never thought I would have to inspect the tires. When going to our air bnb in the high mountains when it requires a 4WD, the truck skidded a few times going up and down the mountain. Third, the brakes and rotors were warped. Alamo should not have released this vehicle especially the region that this location was in. Upon return, I voiced my opinion to the gentleman and he said to leave a review, which I am doing. Alamo, do better.

The representative who waited on me was friendly and professional. He got us to our car in just a few minutes. The car was a brand new Hyundai Sonata. It was beautiful. Loved it. The price was competitive. I will use Alamo again for sure.
